    why do you automatically equate loyalty or commitment to Stalin and facism ? What about the company you have worked at for 40 years that discards you because a 19 year old will do the same job for half the price and has no family to support.

    Um yeah tell that to the oil industry, or giant agri-businesses. Your definition of bad is foolish, and theirs is not profitable. If it makes money it is GOOD according to the corporate doctrine.

    It has ALWAYS been spelled that way in England. Take a look outside, there is a WHOLE GIANT world outside the US. I like to visit it as much as possible. It will broaden your horizons, and make you REALLY appreciate the TRUE FREEDOMS we have hear in the US.

    Note this is NOT a knock on any other country, the US has plenty of problems, but we ALSO do SOME THINGS JUST RIGHT :)

    it means those with money decide. It has nothing to do with the common man or class at all. The free market follows the $$$'s plain and simple. There is NO CONCEPT of loyalty or commitment, JUST PROFIT, cold hard cash. A true free market is mean and cold, using you until you have NO MORE then discarding you.

    it needs to either recognize one of the MOST common filetypes on the net .ZIP as such or bow out. I like the intelligent downloads but the categorizing is LAME. It ignoes the directory structure and presents everything in this silly list it has arranged and you CANNOT MOVE A FILE FROM ONE CATEGORY TO ANOTHER, only within the assigned category.

    the actual process. This is RC wars, a ROBOT implies programing and a self guided mechanism.
    Make them program in the enemies' size and characteristics, then allow the 2 programs to go at it :) Not that I don't watch and enjoy the show as it is but the mis-use of the term has always annoyed me.

    I looked it up in the Calif Penal code and it ONLY COVERS the monitoring of in place communications devices such as phone or private radio bands. The term does NOT EVEN REFER to the use of a recording device in an open environment.

    You DO NOT have the right to go out and PURPOSEFULLY utter untruths with the intent of hurting someone else. As long as you are uttering things that can be reasonably assumed to be truth and you are not intentionally trying to hurt someone you have A LOT OF LEEWAY. In Great Britain the exact opposite is true and it is up to you to PROVE you DID NOT HURT the individual.

    is a good thing you posted AC because you are NUTS. EQ's first week was a BOMB. 1000's of west coast customers could not get on at all. The support line was unavailable due to 'all circuits busy'. I recall getting a month free of EQ and an apology because they were NOT READY for the volume in any way shape or form. Sound familiar ? the only part that is really sad is AO did not learn a thing from any of the other MMORPG problems and they just fall in the same holes...

    That is suprising to me I guess. I can honestly say I've NEVER used a click-thru ad. I HAVE looked at the properties and gone to a site in another browser session, so in that manner the ad did have some success. I also do use X10 cameras at home. Is nice not having to get up from my EQ to see that the doorbell was rung by a salesman :)

    does it have a patent. I find it VERY HARD to accept that a solid state electronic device IS OK, when snoking....If this was my device I'd drop it in a metal box and let it run 7*24 until if vaporized, then I'd sue the hell out of them for supplying a faulty device. On the other hand maybe is it a GWB special, and it burns crude oil or diesel to save on electricity :)

    places who charged you for the modem/gateway over the course of your first contract period. But it sounds as if they are well within their rights to ask for their equipment back. I've been on 2 cable providers and 2 DSL providers over the last 3 years, and they've all amortized the cost of the equipment into my term contract.

    then set up a members area and charge for access if people won't pay then you are wasting your time, OR DOING IT BECAUSE you LOVE IT. We ALL know ADS don't work. The ad companies seem to thing that becasue they CAN measure hits that WEB ads should get them somthing more than TV ads, but they are sadly mistaken. TV ads have as bad or worse a view ratio, there is just no way for the companies to measure it so they eat the loss. Compare the return on a multi million dollar TV ad where 4/5th the people go to the restroom during, to the poor response of click-thru's and I bet they are very close. Someone sold the techno-idiots on the value of so-called targeted ads, which are in reality no different from TV ads, they just can't measure that.
