1. The Bible does not teach a holy trinity, and I do not believe in it. It is one of the bullshit traditions of the corporate church. The same goes for Christmas, Easter, the "Good Friday" death and Easter Sunday ressurection, as well as the Sunday tradition.
2. You talk about protection of religious freedoms but are hostile to anyone else who has different beliefs than yours. This is one thing that is wrong with much of the population - it has disrespect for those who believe in studying scripture. One even mentions the benefits of Scripture study in most forums and he or she can expect to be instantly attacked by at least two others. Would you do the same if I preached evolution? No, I didn't think so. Most of the population extolls diversity and tolerance, but they do not extend this same tolerance to people who believe in Scripture. Typical. The Constitution protects our right to believe or not to believe in a Creator. Unfortunately many people like to use the law and courts to push non-belief. A gay rights group can parade in front of a church, however, local governments will be much likely to allow an anti-abortion group to do the same in front of an abortion clinic. If you do not like public prayer, don't participate. I do not. If you do not like the display of the 10 Commandments, then do not look at the display.
3. Actually, there is much linguistic, heraldic, archaelogical, and scientific evidence that correlates history to Scripture. Much of this evidence is overlooked, ignored, or even discarded by many so called "scientists."
4. If I am wrong than so be it. I will live my life and die. However, if I am right and you are wrong, you will be ressurected to a period of judgement (right ruling- not condemnation) where you will be forced to obey Scriptural law. If you in that time refuse to accept and obey, then will be the time of condemnation. Are you afraid of death? I am not!

FYI, I AM NOT A CHRISTAN, There are many aspects of Christianity as well as Judeaism that conflict to what is taught in Scripture. What I suggest is for people to read for themselves what is in this Scripture. This Scripture provides a model of a good government. This model was only followed to a large extent by the Phoenicians (an ancient allianxe between Israel, Tyre, Sidon, and Egypt 1000 B.C.E.). The Phonecians prospered and left its mark on the entire world for an approximate 80 year period. Early American colonisists for what little they followed Scripture (not church teachings), also prospered. Now that much of the population is openly hostile to scripture, America is on the decline. Our servants (the government) has become our masters, we sow (families are forced to work so many hours) and others reap (get most of our tax dollars, etc).

I have lost all hope for any government/corporate respect for freedom. It MAKES NO DIFFERENCE what part of the world or in what country people live, it will all be the same. The government and corporate powers that be are determined to use EVERY ONE of us as "human resources." That is what we are to the elite, resources. When one unit becomes "faulty" it is simply discarded and replaced. People have become mere merchandise. People turn to corporate religion for answers, and these corporate institutions (for the most part) only preach adherance to the policy, "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar," they forget to mention the part about "Giving to YHWH what belongs to YHWH." Hint, I'm not talking about throwing away even more money into the church coffers. What I'm talking about is one studying Scripture for one's self and forgetting the bullshit that is taught in the churches. I support many other methods (even ones I have proposed) of restoring freedom, however, most of these have weaknesses. Some of these other methods are listed below:
1. Voting for alternative parties and candidates: The population as a whole is too ignorant and brainwashed to even consider doing this. Most of the people I have tried to convince to do this are simply stuck on the "Lessor of 2 Evils" strategy, and the thought that an alternative candidate "has no chance of winning." The public may come around if things get bad enough, but the fact that companies such as Diebold and others (as well as possibly corrupt employees) control the electronic voting systems may very well nullify any attempt to oust the corrupt mainstream parties. There are no paper trails with most of these types of election systems. Voting machines have been shown to be vulnearble to hacking, and even though such attacks were done from the inside, it is still shown to be possible.
2. Massive civil disobediance: The population in "developed countries" are simply too comfortable to go along with this one. When civil disobedience reaches a certain level, the governments will simply imposed draconian penalties that people will simply do anything to avoid. Such draconian penalties may include long prison terms, the theft of all property of dissenters, and so on. The government-corporate powers that be now control most of the population's food supply, so people will likely cave to government-cartel demands. Even when the population succeeds, the government will only be replaced by another corrupt system. An example of this are the governments of Eastern Europe. Even though "communism" has been overthrown, the resulting government is run with strong influence of organized crime, human trafficking, etc.
3. Revolution: The overthrow of any government is not a pretty thing. If and when things become bad enough, people tend to do this, and in many cases, they succeed. However in most cases, the overthrown government is usually replaced by another corrupt government where people of the same ideology (elitism) tend to come back into power. Revolution also comes at a very high cost such as loss of family members, friends, homes, etc. A prime example of this is the government of the United States of America. Many families urned against their own, and American fighters paid a dear price. Even though the reolution succeeded in ousting a repressive government, the resulting freedom only lasted for a little more than a century. The U.S. like most other countries are either police states or rapidly in the process of becoming a police state.
The reason why I suggest the Scriptural approach is because Scripures contain tried and true methods of dealing with repressive governments. Much of the first 5 books deal with setting up a solid government and the establishment of a justice system, welfare system as well as an agricultural system. I support the Constitution and Libertarian Parties. Unlike many so called "Libertarians" or "Constitutionalists" who continue to refuse to vote for the candidate of their choice instead voting the "Lessor of two evils," I voted for the candidate I like. It should NOT come down to preventing some bozo from getting elected, but rather makeing a choice of a qualified person for office. There have been more homosexuals appointed to high office in the Bush administration than in any other previous administration. They also have been responsible for passing such atrocities as the Patriot Act, and disregard to haneas corpus as well as rights guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.

Most claim to be for the working man, yet they continue to vote for legislation that send hardworking Americans' jobs overseas to countries that pay very little for their labor. Democrats promise privacy protections, yet they too, also allow warrantless searches as well as increase the number of rules enforced upon the citizens.
These are only a few lies that are told by the "republicrats." Rather than being a nation ruled by law, the United States has become a nation ruled by decree. Rights of the common man are only respected when it is convenient for the government or multinational corporations. Whether one approves of gay "marriage," universal health care, or many other things promised by the republicrat candidates, they will get the same thing when voting for a "republicrat." This is more taxes, more regulations, lower quality of government, more rights being converted to privileges, and less freedom.
It is probably too late to change the system by voting for Constitution Party or Libertarian Party candidates due to the fact that major corporations control the inner (and secret) workings of electronic voting machines. These machines are now used in a majority of districts. However, it does not hurt to stage a protest next election by voting for candidates of both the Libertarian or Constitution parties whenever they run for office. These candidates may not have the perfect solutions to problems, but we already know what happens when we vote for Democrats, Republicans, or the "lessor of two evils."
I believe that there will come a time when the people finally fed up with the repression of local, state, and federal governments, will rise up and claim their freedom. I believe that this will begin when people start by building their own nation or worldwide network. Then there is a free press (and armed citizens), the governments fear the people. Unfortunately there are now attacks on the free press that has sprung up via the Internet and the attack on out RIGHT to keep guns has been non-stop through recent administrations. We no longer just need a new Presidient, Congress, or Supreme Court, we need a new government (or rather an old one). No where on Earth is there a such a thing as a free nation, and this is a reason why people must fight to regain freedom.
Here is a better Idea: Blue Security was attacked and shut down because the Internet is septic. The germs (spammers) have taken over. The best way to win this is to take the profit out of spamming. This can be done in a similar manner in which the body's t cells alert the rest of an immune system on how to attack a pathogen. A cryptographically signed spammer complaint (attack) file should be distributed via a peer to peer network protocol. This file is sent amongst complaining programs that complain to a spammer's website each time a spam advertising said website is received.
Like an immune system, this network of spam attack programs will have a t-cell. The "t-cells" will be a small group of people who draw up the complaint instruction file. Whenever the pathogen (spammer) releases enough toxins (spam) into the body (Internet), the T-cells (people who write the complaint instruction file) alert the immune cells (spam complaint program) of the presence of the pathogen and how to attack (complain to website advertised) it. The pathogen is overwhelmed with a quick immuno responce (high bandwidth usage resulting from many, many complaints).
When the cost of running a website surpasses the revenue earned from said website, the website is shut down. When the costs of spamming or advertising via spam exceeds the income, spam stops. Blue Security was beginning to become successful. Too bad they bowed out.
This is a perfectly valid point. The fact is that both Christians and the evolutionists (or secular progressives, gays, etc) want to force their views on others. Christians do so with their "blue laws" forcing people to not be able to buy alcohol on Sundays, for example or by passing laws that prevent bars from being located within a 1000 feet of a church. Evolutionists do so by forcing public school students to be fed evolution as a doctrine when in fact, it is JUST a THEORY. Aanti-drug people do so by forcing law enformement in certain states to go after marijuana prescribers in states where medical marijuana is legal.
The U.S. Constitution is a document that was designed to prevent the federal government's infringement of individual rights as well as provide an agreement for protection of the states against foreign invasion. It also prevented states from infringing on certain fundamental rights. The Constitution Party as a whole is AGAINST any Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. It correctly states that these matters should be decided by the states as well as the people. The Federal government has NO place in certain matters. The Founding Fathers realized that the people in each colony had different religious and moral values. These Founding Fathers realized each colony was different. The Constitution is a document that is intended to create a protective union under which each state is to manage its own affairs. It also is intended to guarantee certain individual rights. Unfortunately, the federal as well as state governments (and court system) choose to ignore this document. State governments are now effectively branches of Fereral government, and local governments are effectively braches of the state governments.
Each state is supposed to have the power to manage its own affairs. Massachussetts has to right to manage its affairs, but I would never want to live in this state as long as taxpayers are forced to subsidize gay "marriage" if the form of insurance benefits for gay couples, etc. However, I would not want the Federal government to force this state to change it law. I will, however aggressively lobby my state government to prevent the same thing from being allowe in in my state. I would also use tax evasion to keep from paying to subsidize behaviour that I believe is wrong. Individuals who want to engage in behaviours such as "gay unions" are free to move to states that allow it such as MA. CT. or VT. In these states, homosexual behaviour is an excepted norm. However, in states like Alabama, it is not and is considered immoral. Let the people in states that want this kind of behavoiur subsidize it. How states fare in the future will show what behavour is harmful and which behaviours are beneficial.
The Constitution also gives individuals the power to judge law in court cases. This is a primary reason why there is a jury system. Laws that go against the norms of society can be rendered powerless when a jury refuses to convict people from breaking said laws. Judges in court rooms do not like for people to know about this power, and in many cases, intimidate jurors into not excersising this power. I myself would aquit any driver if he or she was tried for driving without a license, simply because I believe it is wrong to force a person to give their "Social Security" number when applying for a drivers license. Judges tend to suppress the reason why aperson cannot get a license - they are only concerned that a person is driving without one. I believe that the drivers license should be only used to promote safe driving - not to allow the blackmail of citizens or to regulate other types of behavour.

The U.S. Constitution made provisions for copyright (for a limited time) in order to allow society to benefit from USEFUL works. It was originally meant to give the creator of said USEFUL works a LIMITED monopoly on distribution. The idea was to make it worthwhile to the creator for producing USEFUL works by allowing him or her to recover the cost of creation and production. Much of the stuff that is released by the media cartels is not useful but rather detrimental to society. The reason why copyright infringement is so predominate is because copyright has been ABUSED.
Another question one may want to ask is, "Can a person who releases his or her work so that is can be freely redistributed make money?" This is a question one may want to ask Linus Torvalds. Here is someone who has both money and fame for something he set up to be freely redistributed. The copyright issue is not going to be resolved by the courts or new laws. It is going to be resolved by the marketplace. If a cheap subsitute for petrol is discovered or if a cheap and simple way to increase the fuel mileage of vehicles is published, then the price of petrol will decrease drastically even if there are laws put in place to ban the way of increasing fuel efficency or petrol substitute. People tend to want to do what is right and beneficial - especially when doing so is practical. It is practical for some people to use and/or produce open source products. Many people make money doing so. It is also practical for many to use Linux. Other people find it more practical to spend lots of money in order to use Microsoft products. Microsoft products are pirated rampantly, yet Microsoft thrives on selling operating systems and office software. Open source software is also rampantly copied and shared, and companies thrive on selling open source products such as Linux.
When I intend to use commercial software on a regular basis, I buy it even when I can copy it from somewhere else and use it for free. I bought Windows XP and use it on one (of 32 computers I own) computer. If I have to replace the motherboard on the computer and Microsoft refused to reactivate Windows, I would download a hack to reactivate Windows XP without hesitation and not feel a bit guilty for doing so. Is this considered copyright infringement? YOU BET IT IS!!! However, I bought the product and refuse to be ripped off. Would I copy the Windows XP CD and give it to another? No, I would not. However, I do not consider copying Windows 98 and redistributing it wrong (No, I haven't done so) because of the fact that 1. Microsoft no longer sells '98 or supports it and 2. Microsoft has had over seven years exclusive copyright in order to make is money back as well as a handsome profit.
A LIMITED copyright on USEFUL works serves both producer and consumer very well, however, when the balence of power shifts entirely to the copyright owner and copyright becomes unlimited then there will be a backlash when it is feasable. This backlash is occuring in the music, software, and movie industries. Copying can be beneficial to both copyright owners as well as customers. I both download for free and purchase music, movies, and software. I do not however, buy product from members of the RIAA, BSA, or MPAA. I do not like bullies nor will I support them.
I applaud this guy who pulled off this scam. Some Nigerian huckster has now had the chance to see how it feels to be scammed. However, NONE of these spams advertise Nigerian scams. This is because I complain to the provider of the email address the scammer requests replies to be sent (the one in the message). When the provider of the reply address shuts down the reply address, all spams requesting replies to be sent to the said reply address are wasted. If the scammer provides his own spamming service, the scammer has to pay for all time spent on the Internet that is used to send (non revenue-producing) spam. If the scammer hires a spammer, then the money spent for the spammer's services is wasted. I encourage everyone to complain to the provider of the email address to which the scammer requests replies to be sent. This is one case where spam complaints actually work.
Just as paedophiles are profiled on the web, so are their victims. rather than using paedophilia as an excuse for governments to pound us back into the stone age, governments should stop worrying about dropping paedophiles' docs and start worrying about doing its job locking up or killing child rapists. Governments have always used dangerous people as an excuse to take our freedoms away rather than doing something about the dangerous people. MySpace should remain open and children should continue to post online while at the same time, authorities should do away with those who are guilty of raping kids (or anyone else for that matter).
What is the name of the company, its address, phone number, and the name of the person responsbile for posting the ad? This is the type of information that should be posted. Since sex offender databases list people who might be a danger to others, these types of companies should be listed in a public database that lists those who are a danger to the SAmerican standard of living.
I actually stopped supporting the Republicrats 8 years ago. While they both talk as if they are in opposition to one another, they actually both do the same thing when they come into office. The cover for previous administrations' wrongdoings, send yet more American jobs overseas for slave wages, continue to raise taxes, fees, and assessments in many different ways, and continue to erode our freedoms. Now that many election districts are moving to electronic voting technology that is kept secret, votes can be even more easily manipulated.
The Internet has been successful in exposing the corruption of both major political parties within the United States. Now that a larger percentage (still not quite enoght to make a difference) of the population is beginning to wake up and realize that voting for republicans or democrats is a waste of a good vote, the republicrats will need new ways of staying in power (vote manipulation). In California, Jim Gilchrist ran for Congress under the American Independent Party (California equivilent to the Constitution Party). Even though he was outspent by both of the republicrats, he won the most votes on election day. It was the absentee votes that caused him to lose, however. Hopefully people will become fed up enough to take action against the entrenched corrupt powers that be and remove their power. If the government is ignored by the majority and the majority refuse to pay or collect taxes, then the government will be forced to change. If the powers that be decide to use force in order to assert their power, then the majority must use force to defend theirselves. The Second amendment to the U.S. Constitution guaranteed the protection of the right of the average citizen to keep and bear arms. This was done so that as a last resort, people could have a right to defend themselves from an oppressive system. I really hope that people are not forced to use violence to restore their freedom. I hope that when the day comes, the politicians, judges, police, and other officials realize that they have enjoyed their free ride for long enough and will be willing to start serving the people who actually pay their salaries.
I do not see a citizens Tea Party anytime in the near future, unfortunately. However, I do believe that there will be a rise in violence against judges, police, and others who continue to enforce the will of the special interests. This is unfortunate since usually innocent people usually also get hurt. However, when peacuful change is made impossible, violent change is made ineviable. Citizens of the U.S.A. will eventually find themselves either under the yoke of oppression, violence, or both. This will either happen when people have finally had enough of "their" government or when China, Mexico, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other nations invade the U.S. and take the country as payment for all the stuff that they have sold to the U.S. Just about the only thing the U.S. exports now is crappy "culture" and paper units called, "dollars". The federal, state, and local governments within the borders of the U.S. have effectively tied the hands of the American worker and small business by rules and regulations while at the same time opening the floodgates of foreign competition not encumbered by draconian rules. If and when the day Americans regain their freedom comes, I hope it is not too late to be able to enjoy it.

Well placed shots in several power substations at the same time during peak power usage is one way of achieving chaos and putting a nation into darkness. So are roadside bombs, etc. Three pieces of copper cable section bent in a hook shape and bound or clamped together is another way to make sparks fly. Also sugar in petrol, iron fillings (salt water or cola) in computers, glue in locks, clipped phone wires, virused computers, and sticks jammed in air conditioning vents and many other things are a good way to throw a monkey wrench into the works. Many houshold items can be turned into weapons of mass destruction. Yes, guns are an important and powerful weapon, but the most important and most powerful weapon is the human mind. The human mind can help make any object into some form of weapon.
Americans are one of the most enslaved people in the world because they have been brainwashed into thinking they are free. Most Americans (even those who hate the system) are totally dependent on the American government-corporate alliance. A large majority of Americans have no idea on how to get food outside of visiting the local Safeway or other grocery store. The same goes for water and other life's necessities. To say that depending on one's enemy for sustainence is a dangerous proposition is an under statement. People in Eastern Europe succeeded in overthrowing their governments by simply not paying attention to the rulers and doing what they wanted. Will 5 soldiers fire on a mob of 1000 people if they know what is good for them? I doubt it.
The government of the Police States of Amerika is like it is because people in America like being screwed by politicians. If they did not like being screwed by politicians, then they would vote for candidates from alternative parties that have not been corrupted by special interests. If honest people were elected, they would soon be voted out of office when they are unable to bring enough pork to their home districts. When someone is elected to COngress, they have to either go along with the corruption, or none of their bills will get passed. Iw ould prefer the latter option, because as each election cycle comes along, more old timers can be voted out of office. Unfortunately, this will not happen because Americans do not have the guts or sense to do what is right for them and their country by making sacrifices to rebuild a Constitutional governent.
If there is a Supreme Creator, then it would have to be that the chicken came first. However, if everything came into being by a massive series of accidents occurring just at the right moments in time, then it is very possible that the egg came first.

I too refuse to give out my Social "Security" Number unless it is for a legitimate purpose (taxes) even receive better service in many cases as well. My ex-employer submitted an incorect Social "Security" Number on my W-2, and this incorrect number was used for over 2 years. I do believe in a capitalistic society. The founding fathers of this nation intended for Congress to raise revenue by taxing imports and not income. This was to serve two purposes:
1. Raise revenue for Federal government.
2. Prevent the country from being undermined by cheap, slave-produced products.
Now that tariffs have been unconstitutionally eliminated, people have become slaves to the taxman and they have also lost jobs to slave labor. Yes, we may be able to do a job twice as well as a slave in a foreign country, but that does not matter when that slave is allowed to take a day's time to do an hour's work and still come out at 1/8th the cost of hiring American. I agree with another poster that we as a people should not be lied to by our "educational" system. They should say straight up that if you spend $60,000 dollars and 5 years of your life in college, it will probably do you no good because once you graduate college, due to the fact that your technical field will have been sent oversaes where a labor is cheaper than what it costs you to go to work.
I left the I.T. field after my ex-employer secided to send our entire campus overseas. This, by the way occurred about 6 months after the company president stated that more innovation came from our campus than anywhere else in the company. A good job done apparently means nothing when short term profit margins are concerned. I would advise people to go into nursing or some other field where physical presence of both client and provider in the same location is required. However, even this is no longer allows the American worker to compete on a level playing field since the government ignore the fact that slave labor can now be brough to the U.S. with near impunity.
Yes, I like working with computers, and I wish I could move to India to get a good paying job doing what I love. However, these companies do not like hiring American ex-patriots - they prefer to hire citizens of the country in which they are set up. The Indian workforce will soon feel the heat once companies find even cheaper sources of labor.
It is no wonder kids in the U.S. have no interests in scientific or technical jobs. It is the people who are athletes, music stars, and movie stars who get the respect and adoration of the population. The big media companies themselves are bitching and moaning about filesharing. If the government of the U.S. will not stop the influx of slave labor, then they have no business stopping the filesharing, after all, it is the so called free market.
I myself run various flavours of Linux on most of my machines. I have tried BSD, and it impressed me. Both operating systems are stable and reasonably secure. I am just more used to running Linux. I wish BSD and the development teams well.
Actually, this has happened many times, and it is called a Joe Job attack. This is why it is important for spam vigilantes to investigate before taking action. This is one of the things that Blue Security and I with my application do before submitting complaints. Websites that are spamvertised tend to have certain unique characteristics that indicate that they are run by unsavory characters.
1. Registration information not accurate.
2. Website does not list an accurate telephone number or physical location.
3. Information listed on website is not accurate.
4. Website claims to use SSL and does not.
5. Website has logos of one or more certificate authority when it uses something
different or nothing at all.
6. Website offers a product or service that is dodgy or a too good to be true price.
7. The webpage code is the same or very similar to other known to be spamvertised
sites.
8. Website claims membership with a well respected organization when in fact it has no such member.
A website with one or even two of these (depending on which ones) indicators may be innocent, however more than that indicates spam.
Most owners of spamvertised sites do NOT want traffic, they want money. They only want the.01% of spam victims who are stupid enough to buy their crap to visit their site to complete the sale. However, in order to get the orders for their profit, they have have a place where users can come to. This place is their website. Website owners have to PAY for bandwidth consumption. Traffic consumes bandwidth. Therefore traffic is an expense. What the website owners really want is orders that bring in money.
When a site receive traffic from those who do not buy, it is the same as a store which has 200 people just looking around (and not buying). These browsers cause wear and tear on the carpet, require the watchful eye of security, require resources to answer questions, and make it more crowded so that it is more difficult for paying customers to find what they are looking for and complete the transaction.
Right now, the ratio of revenue-generating traffic (those who come to a website to buy) verses the non revenue-generating traffic is high enough to justify having the website running and paying the spammers. When there is 8 gigs of traffic (non revenue generating) from spam haters for every byte of revenue producing traffic, then advertising a website via spam will be very UNPROFITABLE. When those who advertise by spam see loss instead of profits, they will quit paying spammers (or stop spamming themselves). This is why spammers hate the likes of Blue Security, SpammerSlapper, SpamFryer, and other retalitory tools.
What the spammers do not realize is that people who are ready to resort to using such antispammer tactics DO NOT like spamvertised websites nor will they buy crap from these websites. Blue Security is actually doing spammers a favor by pointing out the email receipients who do not want the spam and are willing to cause problems. If I were a spammer, I would want to listwash my sucker list and get rid of the email addresses of troublemakers and concentrate on the idiots who buy stuff advertised via spam. That way I would have to send out a lot less spam to get the sales I want. Spammers should go only after the suckers and leave the rest of us alone. When these nooby suckers decide that they are tired of being robbed and spammed into oblivion, they can then add their name and voice to the rest of the angry masses who have HAD ENOUGH.
What happened was that the spammer complied with instructions from Blue Security to download a program that washed Blue Security protected email addresses from the spammers' sucker list. When theis program was run on the spammer's email list Blue Security email addresses were purged. The spammer simply compared the purged list against his unpurged list and listed all the email addresses that were removed. He then sent the threatening emails to any email address that was purged from the original list.
Blue Security is up and running again. Not only will I continue to use the Blue Frog, I will also promote it now. I do not like bullies, and will do whatever I can to stop them. Blue Security and others that help people punch back against spammers should be commended. I myself have written a signed applet that also punishes spammers. The applet is GPL, and the source code is embedded in the applet. If you do not want to actually punish spammers, do not accept the certificate. I am also thinking about creating a java application that works in a similar way to Blue Frog - only the complaint instructions will be distributed via a peer to peer protocol and cryptographically signed. Any ideas on this one?
I am a member, and I got the email. I will stay a member as well. I also knew that spammers would eventually crack the Blue Security database even if it took such efforts as a physical break in. Spammers are running scared because some people decided to give them a dose of their own medicine. I would also like to say that I monitored all connections from the computer on which I have installed Blue Frog, and I have not seen the first spam sent as alleged by spammers.
It is simple to write a worm, trojan, or other peice of malware that sends spam or causes a DDOS. I could do it myself if I wanted to. However, I have ethics and choose to allow poeple that choice of using my software. I have written such offensive tools such as:

SpammerSlapper - A signed java applet that causes the browser of a webpage visitor to repeatedly download URL's specified as parameters (can use http and https URL's). This applet can be used on any webpage, and I highly encourage people to use it on their personal webpages. Again, the source code is included in the Java archive. SpammerSlammer - A simple cgi program that generates a real looking but fake name, address, phone number and test credit card numbers (known to pass typo checks but not allowed to be actually charged). The program works by accessing a zipcode and area code database. The rest of the information is randomly created. This is a great way to waste the time of many spam site operators. I wonder what would happen if Google's phonebook was used to look up the names, addresses and phone numbers of well connected citizens (lawyers, judges, and politicians) and this information was entered into the forms on spamvertised pages. I wonder how many fines will be charged to these companies for violating the don not call list. I know that the information would have to be entered from an Internet cafe, or otherwise public system. If only a million users would take offensive action against only one spammer a day, spam will cease to be profitable.
Another idea might be a peer to peer version of Blue Frog. If a signed list of spamvertised sites was downloaded from peer to peer networks then the spammer scumballs would have no have no stationary target to attack. Rather than fowarding emails to Blue Security, users of Blue Frog could save the emails to a file and allow the peer to peer versions parse them when instructed to. The more spammers attack me, the more pissed off and aggravated I become, and the more I work to make their lives miserable. I called one spammer's toll free number about 800 times from different locations. I never received another spam from his company again. Spam will cease when it becomes unprofitable. The like of Blue Security will hopefully make it unprofitable. I believe that they are making a significant dent in spammers' profits, or else thay would never be attacked in this way.
Better yet, it is time to either join, form, or support independent political parties. Face the facts, the Democratic - Republican party is funded and controlled by special interests. Special interests make political campaign contributions and pay for advertising. Voters do not. Things will change ONLY when people decide to smarten up and quit being manipulated by the special interest financed advertisements (and that includes internet advertising such as blogs like this one).
'We the People' have seen what decades of power shifting between Democrats and Republicans has accomplished - more government, higher taxes, and less freedom. Out of the entire Congress, there may be one (Ron Paul) or two members that even care about such a thing as the Constitution. Just about all of Congress is made up of Republicans or Democrats. Each party accomplishes the same thing by eroding different freedoms.
Republicans may not be as hard on gun ownership as Democrats, but they are sure hard on the fourth amendment of the Constitution. Both parties support the flooding of our nation with cheap, slave-made goods. Both apparantly have a disregard for human rights. I know that I for one am tired of the years and years of broken promises and false hope that is preached by these two parties. Both of these parties have shown us what they can do for (to) us. We have seen their work. Now, let's try something else.
This election season as well as 2008, it is high time that we as a people support alternative parties such as the Libertarian Party ( http://www.lp.org/ ), Constitution Party( http://www.constitutionparty.org/ ), Green Party ( http://www.gp.org/ ), Veteran's Party, Socialist Party, and any other political party other than the two corrupt lamescream parties that have been duping the people for decades.
I for one support the Constitution Party, Libertarian Party, and Veteran's party (in that order). Tell that to Jim Gilchrist (Founder of Minuteman Project) who ran for Congress under the American Independent Party. He won the most votes on election day and was only done in by absentee ballots (apparantly, the absentee voters never got a chance to hear his message or the election was rigged). Aagree with him or not, he showed that a candidate from an alternative party actually had a good chance of winning. Apparently, the people in that distric in California are sick and tired of the bullsh1t that spew from the Republican/Democratic Party.
I hope that people this election are not so stupid as to give up their freedoms to the sellout lamescream political party that has manipulated them for years. Each time I hear people bitch and moan that Gore should have won the election or that "Democrats" tried to appeal and recount their way to victory, I want to puke. 1. The Bible does not teach a holy trinity, and I do not believe in it. It is one of the bullshit traditions of the corporate church. The same goes for Christmas, Easter, the "Good Friday" death and Easter Sunday ressurection, as well as the Sunday tradition.
2. You talk about protection of religious freedoms but are hostile to anyone else who has different beliefs than yours. This is one thing that is wrong with much of the population - it has disrespect for those who believe in studying scripture. One even mentions the benefits of Scripture study in most forums and he or she can expect to be instantly attacked by at least two others. Would you do the same if I preached evolution? No, I didn't think so. Most of the population extolls diversity and tolerance, but they do not extend this same tolerance to people who believe in Scripture. Typical. The Constitution protects our right to believe or not to believe in a Creator. Unfortunately many people like to use the law and courts to push non-belief. A gay rights group can parade in front of a church, however, local governments will be much likely to allow an anti-abortion group to do the same in front of an abortion clinic. If you do not like public prayer, don't participate. I do not. If you do not like the display of the 10 Commandments, then do not look at the display.
3. Actually, there is much linguistic, heraldic, archaelogical, and scientific evidence that correlates history to Scripture. Much of this evidence is overlooked, ignored, or even discarded by many so called "scientists."
4. If I am wrong than so be it. I will live my life and die. However, if I am right and you are wrong, you will be ressurected to a period of judgement (right ruling- not condemnation) where you will be forced to obey Scriptural law. The Phonecians prospered and left its mark on the entire world for an approximate 80 year period. Early American colonisists for what little they followed Scripture (not church teachings), also prospered. Now that much of the population is openly hostile to scripture, America is on the decline. Our servants (the government) has become our masters, we sow (families are forced to work so many hours) and others reap (get most of our tax dollars, etc).

I have lost all hope for any government/corporate respect for freedom. It MAKES NO DIFFERENCE what part of the world or in what country people live, it will all be the same. The government and corporate powers that be are determined to use EVERY ONE of us as "human resources." That is what we are to the elite, resources. When one unit becomes "faulty" it is simply discarded and replaced. People have become mere merchandise. People turn to corporate religion for answers, and these corporate institutions (for the most part) only preach adherance to the policy, "Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar," they forget to mention the part about "Giving to YHWH what belongs to YHWH." Hint, I'm not talking about throwing away even more money into the church coffers. What I'm talking about is one studying Scripture for one's self and forgetting the bullshit that is taught in the churches. I support many other methods (even ones I have proposed) of restoring freedom, however, most of these have weaknesses. Some of these other methods are listed below:
1. Voting for alternative parties and candidates:
The population as a whole is too ignorant and brainwashed to even consider doing this. Most of the people I have tried to convince to do this are simply stuck on the "Lessor of 2 Evils" strategy, and the thought that an alternative candidate "has no chance of winning." The public may come around if things get bad enough, but the fact that companies such as Diebold and others (as well as possibly corrupt employees) control the electronic voting systems may very well nullify any attempt to oust the corrupt mainstream parties. There are no paper trails with most of these types of election systems. Voting machines have been shown to be vulnearble to hacking, and even though such attacks were done from the inside, it is still shown to be possible.
2. Massive civil disobediance:
The population in "developed countries" are simply too comfortable to go along with this one. When civil disobedience reaches a certain level, the governments will simply imposed draconian penalties that people will simply do anything to avoid. Such draconian penalties may include long prison terms, the theft of all property of dissenters, and so on. The government-corporate powers that be now control most of the population's food supply, so people will likely cave to government-cartel demands. Even when the population succeeds, the government will only be replaced by another corrupt system. An example of this are the governments of Eastern Europe. Even though "communism" has been overthrown, the resulting government is run with strong influence of organized crime, human trafficking, etc.
3. Revolution:
The overthrow of any government is not a pretty thing. If and when things become bad enough, people tend to do this, and in many cases, they succeed. However in most cases, the overthrown government is usually replaced by another corrupt government where people of the same ideology (elitism) tend to come back into power. Revolution also comes at a very high cost such as loss of family members, friends, homes, etc. A prime example of this is the government of the United States of America. Many families urned against their own, and American fighters paid a dear price. Even though the reolution succeeded in ousting a repressive government, the resulting freedom only lasted for a little more than a century. The U.S. like most other countries are either police states or rapidly in the process of becoming a police state.
The reason why I suggest the Scriptural approach is because Scripures contain tried and true methods of dealing with repressive governments. Much of the first 5 books deal with setting up a solid government and the establishment of a justice system, welfare system as well as an agricultural system. Whether one approves of gay "marriage," universal health care, or many other things promised by the republicrat candidates, they will get the same thing when voting for a "republicrat." This is more taxes, more regulations, lower quality of government, more rights being converted to privileges, and less freedom.
It is probably too late to change the system by voting for Constitution Party or Libertarian Party candidates due to the fact that major corporations control the inner (and secret) workings of electronic voting machines. These machines are now used in a majority of districts. However, it does not hurt to stage a protest next election by voting for candidates of both the Libertarian or Constitution parties whenever they run for office. These candidates may not have the perfect solutions to problems, but we already know what happens when we vote for Democrats, Republicans, or the "lessor of two evils."
I believe that there will come a time when the people finally fed up with the repression of local, state, and federal governments, will rise up and claim their freedom. I believe that this will begin when people start by building their own nation or worldwide network. Then there is a free press (and armed citizens), the governments fear the people. Unfortunately there are now attacks on the free press that has sprung up via the Internet and the attack on out RIGHT to keep guns has been non-stop through recent administrations. We no longer just need a new Presidient, Congress, or Supreme Court, we need a new government (or rather an old one). No where on Earth is there a such a thing as a free nation, and this is a reason why people must fight to regain freedom.

Here is a better Idea: Blue Security was attacked and shut down because the Internet is septic. The germs (spammers) have taken over. The best way to win this is to take the profit out of spamming. This can be done in a similar manner in which the body's t cells alert the rest of an immune system on how to attack a pathogen. A cryptographically signed spammer complaint (attack) file should be distributed via a peer to peer network protocol. This file is sent amongst complaining programs that complain to a spammer's website each time a spam advertising said website is received.
Like an immune system, this network of spam attack programs will have a t-cell. The "t-cells" will be a small group of people who draw up the complaint instruction file. Whenever the pathogen (spammer) releases enough toxins (spam) into the body (Internet), the T-cells (people who write the complaint instruction file) alert the immune cells (spam complaint program) of the presence of the pathogen and how to attack (complain to website advertised) it. The pathogen is overwhelmed with a quick immuno responce (high bandwidth usage resulting from many, many complaints).
When the cost of running a website surpasses the revenue earned from said website, the website is shut down. When the costs of spamming or advertising via spam exceeds the income, spam stops. Blue Security was beginning to become successful. Too bad they bowed out.

This is a perfectly valid point. The fact is that both Christians and the evolutionists (or secular progressives, gays, etc) want to force their views on others. Christians do so with their "blue laws" forcing people to not be able to buy alcohol on Sundays, for example or by passing laws that prevent bars from being located within a 1000 feet of a church. Evolutionists do so by forcing public school students to be fed evolution as a doctrine when in fact, it is JUST a THEORY. Many gays want to force acceptance of their lifestyles by forcing employers to subsidize their "marriages" in the form of insurance benefits, etc as well as forcing tax-payers to subsidize same behaviour. Aanti-drug people do so by forcing law enformement in certain states to go after marijuana prescribers in states where medical marijuana is legal.
The U.S. Constitution is a document that was designed to prevent the federal government's infringement of individual rights as well as provide an agreement for protection of the states against foreign invasion. It also prevented states from infringing on certain fundamental rights. The Constitution Party as a whole is AGAINST any Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. It correctly states that these matters should be decided by the states as well as the people. The Federal government has NO place in certain matters. The Founding Fathers realized that the people in each colony had different religious and moral values. These Founding Fathers realized each colony was different. The Constitution is a document that is intended to create a protective union under which each state is to manage its own affairs. It also is intended to guarantee certain individual rights. Unfortunately, the federal as well as state governments (and court system) choose to ignore this document. State governments are now effectively branches of Fereral government, and local governments are effectively braches of the state governments.
Each state is supposed to have the power to manage its own affairs. Massachussetts has to right to manage its affairs, but I would never want to live in this state as long as taxpayers are forced to subsidize gay "marriage" if the form of insurance benefits for gay couples, etc. However, I would not want the Federal government to force this state to change it law. I will, however aggressively lobby my state government to prevent the same thing from being allowe in in my state. I would also use tax evasion to keep from paying to subsidize behaviour that I believe is wrong. Individuals who want to engage in behaviours such as "gay unions" are free to move to states that allow it such as MA. CT. or VT. In these states, homosexual behaviour is an excepted norm. However, in states like Alabama, it is not and is considered immoral. Let
the people in states that want this kind of behavoiur subsidize it. How states fare in the future will show what behavour is harmful and which behaviours are beneficial.
The Constitution also gives individuals the power to judge law in court cases. This is a primary reason why there is a jury system. Laws that go against the norms of society can be rendered powerless when a jury refuses to convict people from breaking said laws. Judges in court rooms do not like for people to know about this power, and in many cases, intimidate jurors into not excersising this power. I myself would aquit any driver if he or she was tried for driving without a license, simply because I believe it is wrong to force a person to give their "Social Security" number when applying for a drivers license. Judges tend to suppress the reason why aperson cannot get a license - they are only concerned that a person is driving without one. I believe that the drivers license should be only used to promote safe driving - not to allow the blackmail of citizens or to regulate other types of behavour.

The U.S. Constitution made provisions for copyright (for a limited time) in order to allow society to benefit from USEFUL works. It was originally meant to give the creator of said USEFUL works a LIMITED monopoly on distribution. The idea was to make it worthwhile to the creator for producing USEFUL works by allowing him or her to recover the cost of creation and production. Much of the stuff that is released by the media cartels is not useful but rather detrimental to society. The reason why copyright infringement is so predominate is because copyright has been ABUSED.
Another question one may want to ask is, "Can a person who releases his or her work so that is can be freely redistributed make money?" This is a question one may want to ask Linus Torvalds. Here is someone who has both money and fame for something he set up to be freely redistributed. The copyright issue is not going to be resolved by the courts or new laws. It is going to be resolved by the marketplace. If a cheap subsitute for petrol is discovered or if a cheap and simple way to increase the fuel mileage of vehicles is published, then the price of petrol will decrease drastically even if there are laws put in place to ban the way of increasing fuel efficency or petrol substitute. People tend to want to do what is right and beneficial - especially when doing so is practical. It is practical for some people to use and/or produce open source products. Many people make money doing so. It is also practical for many to use Linux. Other people find it more practical to spend lots of money in order to use Microsoft products. Microsoft products are pirated rampantly, yet Microsoft thrives on selling operating systems and office software. Open source software is also rampantly copied and shared, and companies thrive on selling open source products such as Linux.
When I intend to use commercial software on a regular basis, I buy it even when I can copy it from somewhere else and use it for free. I bought Windows XP and use it on one (of 32 computers I own) computer. If I have to replace the motherboard on the computer and Microsoft refused to reactivate Windows, I would download a hack to reactivate Windows XP without hesitation and not feel a bit guilty for doing so. Is this considered copyright infringement? YOU BET IT IS!!! However, I bought the product and refuse to be ripped off. Would I copy the Windows XP CD and give it to another? No, I would not. However, I do not consider copying Windows 98 and redistributing it wrong (No, I haven't done so) because of the fact that 1. Microsoft no longer sells '98 or supports it and 2. A LIMITED copyright on USEFUL works serves both producer and consumer very well, however, when the balence of power shifts entirely to the copyright owner and copyright becomes unlimited then there will be a backlash when it is feasable. This backlash is occuring in the music, software, and movie industries. Copying can be beneficial to both copyright owners as well as customers. I both download for free and purchase music, movies, and software. I do not however, buy product from members of the RIAA, BSA, or MPAA. I do not like bullies nor will I support them.

I applaud this guy who pulled off this scam. Some Nigerian huckster has now had the chance to see how it feels to be scammed. I personally cost Nigerian scammers money by making their spam runs fruitless. I get an average of about 1200 spams a day (now that Blue Security is shut down). However, NONE of these spams advertise Nigerian scams. This is because I complain to the provider of the email address the scammer requests replies to be sent (the one in the message). When the provider of the reply address shuts down the reply address, all spams requesting replies to be sent to the said reply address are wasted. If the scammer provides his own spamming service, the scammer has to pay for all time spent on the Internet that is used to send (non revenue-producing) spam. If the scammer hires a spammer, then the money spent for the spammer's services is wasted. I encourage everyone to complain to the provider of the email address to which the scammer requests replies to be sent. This is one case where spam complaints actually work.
Just as paedophiles are profiled on the web, so are their victims. rather than using paedophilia as an excuse for governments to pound us back into the stone age, governments should stop worrying about dropping paedophiles' docs and start worrying about doing its job locking up or killing child rapists. Governments have always used dangerous people as an excuse to take our freedoms away rather than doing something about the dangerous people. MySpace should remain open and children should continue to post online while at the same time, authorities should do away with those who are guilty of raping kids (or anyone else for that matter).
What is the name of the company, its address, phone number, and the name of the person responsbile for posting the ad? This is the type of information that should be posted. Since sex offender databases list people who might be a danger to others, these types of companies should be listed in a public database that lists those who are a danger to the SAmerican standard of living.
I actually stopped supporting the Republicrats 8 years ago. While they both talk as if they are in opposition to one another, they actually both do the same thing when they come into office. The cover for previous administrations' wrongdoings, send yet more American jobs overseas for slave wages, continue to raise taxes, fees, and assessments in many different ways, and continue to erode our freedoms. Now that many election districts are moving to electronic voting technology that is kept secret, votes can be even more easily manipulated.
The Internet has been successful in exposing the corruption of both major political parties within the United States. Now that a larger percentage (still not quite enoght to make a difference) of the population is beginning to wake up and realize that voting for republicans or democrats is a waste of a good vote, the republicrats will need new ways of staying in power (vote manipulation). In California, Jim Gilchrist ran for Congress under the American Independent Party (California equivilent to the Constitution Party). Even though he was outspent by both of the republicrats, he won the most votes on election day. It was the absentee votes that caused him to lose, however. Hopefully people will become fed up enough to take action against the entrenched corrupt powers that be and remove their power. If the government is ignored by the majority and the majority refuse to pay or collect taxes, then the government will be forced to change. If the powers that be decide to use force in order to assert their power, then the majority must use force to defend theirselves. The Second amendment to the U.S. Constitution guaranteed the protection of the right of the average citizen to keep and bear arms. This was done so that as a last resort, people could have a right to defend themselves from an oppressive system. I really hope that people are not forced to use violence to restore their freedom. I hope that when the day comes, the politicians, judges, police, and other officials realize that they have enjoyed their free ride for long enough and will be willing to start serving the people who actually pay their salaries.
I do not see a citizens Tea Party anytime in the near future, unfortunately. However, I do believe that there will be a rise in violence against judges, police, and others who continue to enforce the will of the special interests. This is unfortunate since usually innocent people usually also get hurt. However, when peacuful change is made impossible, violent change is made ineviable. Citizens of the U.S.A. will eventually find themselves either under the yoke of oppression, violence, or both. This will either happen when people have finally had enough of "their" government or when China, Mexico, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other nations invade the U.S. and take the country as payment for all the stuff that they have sold to the U.S. Just about the only thing the U.S. exports now is crappy "culture" and paper units called, "dollars". The federal, state, and local governments within the borders of the U.S. have effectively tied the hands of the American worker and small business by rules and regulations while at the same time opening the floodgates of foreign competition not encumbered by draconian rules. If and when the day Americans regain their freedom comes, I hope it is not too late to be able to enjoy it.

Yes, fighting the U.S. government on the battlefield out in open is a sure way of losing a guerilla war. Well placed shots in several power substations at the same time during peak power usage is one way of achieving chaos and putting a nation into darkness. So are roadside bombs, etc. Three pieces of copper cable section bent in a hook shape and bound or clamped together is another way to make sparks fly. Also sugar in petrol, iron fillings (salt water or cola) in computers, glue in locks, clipped phone wires, virused computers, and sticks jammed in air conditioning vents and many other things are a good way to throw a monkey wrench into the works. Many houshold items can be turned into weapons of mass destruction. Yes, guns are an important and powerful weapon, but the most important and most powerful weapon is the human mind. The human mind can help make any object into some form of weapon.
Americans are one of the most enslaved people in the world because they have been brainwashed into thinking they are free. Most Americans (even those who hate the system) are totally dependent on the American government-corporate alliance. A large majority of Americans have no idea on how to get food outside of visiting the local Safeway or other grocery store. The same goes for water and other life's necessities. To say that depending on one's enemy for sustainence is a dangerous proposition is an under statement. People who want a new government should learn how to grow food and obtain water independently of the the government they wish to get rid of.

Will 5 soldiers fire on a mob of 1000 people if they know what is good for them? I doubt it.
The government of the Police States of Amerika is like it is because people in America like being screwed by politicians. If they did not like being screwed by politicians, then they would vote for candidates from alternative parties that have not been corrupted by special interests. If honest people were elected, they would soon be voted out of office when they are unable to bring enough pork to their home districts. When someone is elected to COngress, they have to either go along with the corruption, or none of their bills will get passed. Iw ould prefer the latter option, because as each election cycle comes along, more old timers can be voted out of office. Unfortunately, this will not happen because Americans do not have the guts or sense to do what is right for them and their country by making sacrifices to rebuild a Constitutional governent.

As an inhabtant born and raised in the these unites states, I resent the fact that I'm branded as cattle or some piece of merchandise. I too refuse to give out my Social "Security" Number unless it is for a legitimate purpose (taxes) even receive better service in many cases as well. My ex-employer submitted an incorect Social "Security" Number on my W-2, and this incorrect number was used for over 2 years. Nothing came of it, and nobody knew until I brought it to their attention. It is a shame that in order to excercise some of my rights as an American that I have to pretend to be a foreigner.

This one is easy. If you do not want any traffic from China to you email server, just put a few very good words about Falun Gong on a webpage that happens to be on the same mail server you want protected. The Chinese authorities will gladly block ALL traffic to your mailserver. It worked for me :-)
I do believe in a capitalistic society. The founding fathers of this nation intended for Congress to raise revenue by taxing imports and not income. This was to serve two purposes:
1. Raise revenue for Federal government.
2. Prevent the country from being undermined by cheap, slave-produced products.
Now that tariffs have been unconstitutionally eliminated, people have become slaves to the taxman and they have also lost jobs to slave labor. Yes, we may be able to do a job twice as well as a slave in a foreign country, but that does not matter when that slave is allowed to take a day's time to do an hour's work and still come out at 1/8th the cost of hiring American. I agree with another poster that we as a people should not be lied to by our "educational" system. They should say straight up that if you spend $60,000 dollars and 5 years of your life in college, it will probably do you no good because once you graduate college, due to the fact that your technical field will have been sent oversaes where a labor is cheaper than what it costs you to go to work.
I left the I.T. field after my ex-employer secided to send our entire campus overseas. This, by the way occurred about 6 months after the company president stated that more innovation came from our campus than anywhere else in the company. A good job done apparently means nothing when short term profit margins are concerned. I would advise people to go into nursing or some other field where physical presence of both client and provider in the same location is required. However, even this is no longer allows the American worker to compete on a level playing field since the government ignore the fact that slave labor can now be brough to the U.S. with near impunity.
Yes, I like working with computers, and I wish I could move to India to get a good paying job doing what I love. However, these companies do not like hiring American ex-patriots - they prefer to hire citizens of the country in which they are set up. The Indian workforce will soon feel the heat once companies find even cheaper sources of labor.
It is no wonder kids in the U.S. have no interests in scientific or technical jobs. It is the people who are athletes, music stars, and movie stars who get the respect and adoration of the population. The big media companies themselves are bitching and moaning about filesharing. If the government of the U.S. will not stop the influx of slave labor, then they have no business stopping the filesharing, after all, it is the so called free market.
I myself run various flavours of Linux on most of my machines. I have tried BSD, and it impressed me. Both operating systems are stable and reasonably secure. I am just more used to running Linux. I wish BSD and the development teams well.
Actually, this has happened many times, and it is called a Joe Job attack. This is why it is important for spam vigilantes to investigate before taking action. This is one of the things that Blue Security and I with my application do before submitting complaints. Websites that are spamvertised tend to have certain unique characteristics that indicate that they are run by unsavory characters.
1. Registration information not accurate.
2. Website does not list an accurate telephone number or physical location.
3. Information listed on website is not accurate.
4. Website claims to use SSL and does not.
5. Website has logos of one or more certificate authority when it uses something
different or nothing at all.
6. Website offers a product or service that is dodgy or a too good to be true price.
7. The webpage code is the same or very similar to other known to be spamvertised
sites.
8. Website claims membership with a well respected organization when in fact it has no such member.
A website with one or even two of these (depending on which ones) indicators may be innocent, however more than that indicates spam.
Most owners of spamvertised sites do NOT want traffic, they want money. They only want the .01% of spam victims who are stupid enough to buy their crap to visit their site to complete the sale. However, in order to get the orders for their profit, they have have a place where users can come to. This place is their website. Website owners have to PAY for bandwidth consumption. Traffic consumes bandwidth. Therefore traffic is an expense. What the website owners really want is orders that bring in money.
When a site receive traffic from those who do not buy, it is the same as a store which has 200 people just looking around (and not buying). These browsers cause wear and tear on the carpet, require the watchful eye of security, require resources to answer questions, and make it more crowded so that it is more difficult for paying customers to find what they are looking for and complete the transaction.
Right now, the ratio of revenue-generating traffic (those who come to a website to buy) verses the non revenue-generating traffic is high enough to justify having the website running and paying the spammers. When there is 8 gigs of traffic (non revenue generating) from spam haters for every byte of revenue producing traffic, then advertising a website via spam will be very UNPROFITABLE. When those who advertise by spam see loss instead of profits, they will quit paying spammers (or stop spamming themselves). This is why spammers hate the likes of Blue Security, SpammerSlapper, SpamFryer, and other retalitory tools.
What the spammers do not realize is that people who are ready to resort to using such antispammer tactics DO NOT like spamvertised websites nor will they buy crap from these websites. Blue Security is actually doing spammers a favor by pointing out the email receipients who do not want the spam and are willing to cause problems. If I were a spammer, I would want to listwash my sucker list and get rid of the email addresses of troublemakers and concentrate on the idiots who buy stuff advertised via spam. That way I would have to send out a lot less spam to get the sales I want. Spammers should go only after the suckers and leave the rest of us alone. When these nooby suckers decide that they are tired of being robbed and spammed into oblivion, they can then add their name and voice to the rest of the angry masses who have HAD ENOUGH.
What happened was that the spammer complied with instructions from Blue Security to download a program that washed Blue Security protected email addresses from the spammers' sucker list. When theis program was run on the spammer's email list Blue Security email addresses were purged. The spammer simply compared the purged list against his unpurged list and listed all the email addresses that were removed. He then sent the threatening emails to any email address that was purged from the original list.
Blue Security is up and running again. Not only will I continue to use the Blue Frog, I will also promote it now. I do not like bullies, and will do whatever I can to stop them. Blue Security and others that help people punch back against spammers should be commended. I myself have written a signed applet that also punishes spammers.

The applet is GPL, and the source code is embedded in the applet. If you do not want to actually punish spammers, do not accept the certificate. I am also thinking about creating a java application that works in a similar way to Blue Frog - only the complaint instructions will be distributed via a peer to peer protocol and cryptographically signed. Any ideas on this one?
I am a member, and I got the email. I will stay a member as well. I also knew that spammers would eventually crack the Blue Security database even if it took such efforts as a physical break in. Spammers are running scared because some people decided to give them a dose of their own medicine. I would also like to say that I monitored all connections from the computer on which I have installed Blue Frog, and I have not seen the first spam sent as alleged by spammers.
It is simple to write a worm, trojan, or other peice of malware that sends spam or causes a DDOS. I could do it myself if I wanted to. However, I have ethics and choose to allow poeple that choice of using my software. I have written such offensive tools such as:
SpamFryer - A java application that allows a user to paste in website's URL and set the number of times that the URL is to be accessed. SpamFryer works with https URL's as well as with http URL's. The application's source code is embedded within the Java archive so that people can play with it and hopefully improve it. SpammerSlapper - A signed java applet that causes the browser of a webpage visitor to repeatedly download URL's specified as parameters (can use http and https URL's). This applet can be used on any webpage, and I highly encourage people to use it on their personal webpages. Again, the source code is included in the Java archive. One must choose to accept the certificate if one wants to give the applet permission to access other websites. SpammerSlapper can be found at http://www.plaza1.net/SpammerSlapper . If you want to look at the webpage but not allow the applet to access other webpages, then click no when asked to accept the certificate. Otherwise, accept the certificate and slap some spamvertised pages.
SpammerSlammer - A simple cgi program that generates a real looking but fake name, address, phone number and test credit card numbers (known to pass typo checks but not allowed to be actually charged). The program works by accessing a zipcode and area code database. The rest of the information is randomly created. This is a great way to waste the time of many spam site operators. I wonder what would happen if Google's phonebook was used to look up the names, addresses and phone numbers of well connected citizens (lawyers, judges, and politicians) and this information was entered into the forms on spamvertised pages. I wonder how many fines will be charged to these companies for violating the don not call list. I know that the information would have to be entered from an Internet cafe, or otherwise public system. If only a million users would take offensive action against only one spammer a day, spam will cease to be profitable.
Another idea might be a peer to peer version of Blue Frog. If a signed list of spamvertised sites was downloaded from peer to peer networks then the spammer scumballs would have no have no stationary target to attack. Rather than fowarding emails to Blue Security, users of Blue Frog could save the emails to a file and allow the peer to peer versions parse them when instructed to. The more spammers attack me, the more pissed off and aggravated I become, and the more I work to make their lives miserable. I called one spammer's toll free number about 800 times from different locations. I never received another spam from his company again. Spam will cease when it becomes unprofitable. The like of Blue Security will hopefully make it unprofitable. I believe that they are making a significant dent in spammers' profits, or else thay would never be attacked in this way.
Better yet, it is time to either join, form, or support independent political parties. Face the facts, the Democratic - Republican party is funded and controlled by special interests. Special interests make political campaign contributions and pay for advertising. Voters do not. Things will change ONLY when people decide to smarten up and quit being manipulated by the special interest financed advertisements (and that includes internet advertising such as blogs like this one).
'We the People' have seen what decades of power shifting between Democrats and Republicans has accomplished - more government, higher taxes, and less freedom. Out of the entire Congress, there may be one (Ron Paul) or two members that even care about such a thing as the Constitution. Just about all of Congress is made up of Republicans or Democrats. Each party accomplishes the same thing by eroding different freedoms.
Republicans may not be as hard on gun ownership as Democrats, but they are sure hard on the fourth amendment of the Constitution. Both parties support the flooding of our nation with cheap, slave-made goods. Both apparantly have a disregard for human rights. I know that I for one am tired of the years and years of broken promises and false hope that is preached by these two parties. Both of these parties have shown us what they can do for (to) us. We have seen their work. Now, let's try something else.
This election season as well as 2008, it is high time that we as a people support alternative parties such as the Libertarian Party ( http://www.lp.org/ ), Constitution Party( http://www.constitutionparty.org/ ), Green Party ( http://www.gp.org/ ), Veteran's Party, Socialist Party, and any other political party other than the two corrupt lamescream parties that have been duping the people for decades.
I for one support the Constitution Party, Libertarian Party, and Veteran's party (in that order). I will only vote for a "Republicrat" or "Demican" only if there is nobody else on the ballot and there is no write in blank. Even then, I have sometimes abstained from marking a choice. But of course, we will always have some people who insist on voting the "Lessor of Two Evils" because they believe that candidates of other political parties "don't stand a chance of winning."

I hope that people this election are not so stupid as to give up their freedoms to the sellout lamescream political party that has manipulated them for years. Each time I hear people bitch and moan that Gore should have won the election or that "Democrats" tried to appeal and recount their way to victory, I want to puke.
