Ok, I havn't read the article, but, from the replies, I get the feeling that the message is sent to a server where it is decrypted and then returned to the client...

Doesn;t this completely defeat the object of encrypting emails? I mean, it's being sent between the server and the client in plaintext, (same with key), so anyone with a packet sniffer can get the key and the email when the email is recieved and read.

This is gonna fail, big time

The Oedipus story is quite important if you have interest in Psychology...

THe "Oedipus Complex" is a core trait of the human psyche (according to Fraud, anyway), and Freudians claim it is the sole route of all complex' and disorders.

    Basically, the story is this:
Every young male is in love with his mother, and jealous of his father. He is scared of his father so distances himself from his mother to get on his fathers good side to avoid castration (Freud was abused as a child). With girls, it's slightly different. They're jealous of her fathers penis (this is where the term Penis envy comes from, it has nothing to do with size), so distance themselves from their fathers.

They do not worhsip demons (or daemons, like some UNIX people), they just have gods for different emotions and feelings. satanism, on the other hand, is another form of christianity. And tyrannical humanism is a contradiction in terms (but you are a christian, so you wouldn't know a contradiction if one went up to you, painted itself purple and sang "Contradictions are here to stay").

And you want to restrict your childrens knowledge of other cultures? I guess that makes you a bad parent. Your children will grow up closed minded and ignorant of the world around them. One day, they'll probably go into some Muslim country and get shot for a lack of belief in Allah.

You really should take a course in parenting.

    Home schooling is baaaaaaad.

Home schooling allows parents to deprive their children of important knowledge because this knowledge contradicts their religious/cultural believes. The children end up growing up ignorant of science, politics and they have restricted freedom of choice.

Most homeschooling is due to religious (read fundimentalist) parents not liking the fact that the US Government prohibits religion in schools (or, at least they did prohibit it).

These days however, complex calculations have moved from the physical world of dedicated circuitry to software for doing it. So, instead of patenting a board, you patent an idea, as there is no physical attribute to software. Software patents were just the next logical step in the world of patents, as they are a more efficient and cost effective way of developing new systems.

10 years ago, ATMs had dedicated processors and other assorted hardware for the interface. Now, they're just Windoze boxes with a difference. You still need to patent these systems to keep them profitable.
