Why have we not challenged it in court? Cost. Lawsuits are much more expensive than the extra fine imposed on media. Even the settlements made with the RIAA would be cheaper if you were caught stealing. Go easy on the poor people, and we'll be happy to give money to the artists and even the record companies.

While you're right, I find it sad that the whole purpose behind the bill of rights is to protect the citizens of the country, if they RIAA is able to circumvent the fourth amendment because they're not a government body, then it seems strange that they can liberate you of life, liberty, or the persuit of happiness without due process. That's the sixth amendment.

If a government entity violates someone's fourth amendement rights, then fines them, the person can challenge the fine because of the violation of the fourth amendment, if the challenge is held up, then the fine is dropped. That doesn't work with the RIAA because they're immune to the fourth amendment.

Venus is a hell hole, so "Pluto" is appropriate. Next up is Venus, goddess of beauty. Mars is the only red planet we have, and it's nicknamed "the red planet", red is the symbol for passion, beauty leads to passion, Mars is 1/4 the size of Earth so it cannot be the god of war, we'll rename Mars to Venus. Next is Mars. God of war. What better place than the planet that was created through war: Earth. We rename our current planet Mars, and everyone is happy. Even Jupiter.

Microsoft could pack up and leave Europe, but the EU, even if it were a military entity as well as mostly fiancial, wouldn't be able to do anything about it. The only way this could be an issue would be for Microsoft to stop selling stuff in Europe, but then moving to Africa and exporting everything, then the EU could justify an action to the UN.

Jupiter and Neptune have a LOT more mass than Earth, so it might be easier for them to slow down an incoming asteroid and get it to stay in orbit. As for Mars and Earth, there are theories that the moon came from earth when an asteroid hit it during the early stages of the solar system's formation, the asteroid's hit could have caused the moon to spin out away from the earth, but not at such a speed to escape the earth's gravity. As far as Mars goes, both Daimos and Phobos are very tiny when compared to earth's moon, they probably got snagged by Martian gravity from the asteroid belt.
