I hate having to rely on Ms machines because I am either getting patches or rebooting. I still have as many problems with the new versions, just different kinds. I wish everyone would switch to Linux machines running Samba!
It is always better to do what is best for the company. Doing what is best for the company in the long term mean making the most money for the company. Having a good product helps realize more profits, which makes the project a bigger success. I think that if a strong argument is made for the best long term solution is turned down then there is a real problem with the company.
Teaching a wide audience is never an easy task and takes a special skill to have enough knowledge to be able to teach the material, while being able to relate to the student.
I think that bad posture over many years is what causes the damage. I read that a b complex vitamin will help if you want an inexpensive remedy. No one can prove that it works but it is much better than sergery.
