Great now he can get his ass kicked by the kids gifted with athletics or even worse, get his ass kicked by a kid that is just simply bigger, stronger/faster. That _always_ helps self esteem. Better teach him a martial art that is useful (bjj comes to mind, or something close it to as most areas probably don't have anywhere to teach it) seeing as though he'll be a nerd and be overconfident in skills that are next to meaningless. Better off teaching him yoga or flower arrangement.
wait, better yet- have him buy people things to become popular, that works great and is likely what he'll be doing to get a date when he grows up anyhow, "life skills" right?
