    Putin loves the current situation regardless of whom gets nominated. It's already revealed that the election system is broken, and therein lies the win for Putin.

    The fact that DWS resigned is a clear sign that there's some truth. If the messages were altered, then the only way to counter that would be to publish all the original messages as fast as possible and let people decide.

    Of course it would be painful to publish internal communication but the damage of having false info out there would be worse. And if the messages published by Wikileaks were altered then it would cause Wikileaks to get discredited enough to lose any significance.

    By not voting you waste your vote. By voting for an independent you will at least make a statement.

    It's the silent masses that allows for corruption to prosper.

    I think that the Democrats will lose if Hillary is nominated while they will wake up to a bad hangover combined with a possibility to win if Bernie is nominated. I think that the people supporting Hillary have it easier to accept Bernie than the other way around.

    Realize that the super delegates still haven't had their final say, even though they so far have endorsed Hillary.

    Not that I have much hope, and if now Hillary is nominated then Bernie supporters will spread out to many different independent candidates which will weaken the party.

    Compared to even crappier phones by apple or microsoft then an android is pretty OK.

    But I'm good as long as it's possible to make calls on the phone - or make an occasional text message.

    When it's thinner than 10mm it's just not really adding any value.

    But I'd like to see a phone out of hard rubber that could bend and you could have in the back pocket without cracking the display.

    However omitting braces is not necessarily a good thing because it's easy to get really nasty bugs if they are omitted.

    Not all code is completely unnecessary, it may be unnecessary for the language variant but if you work with many similar variants it may be an advantage to be a bit defensive.

    E.g. not all C compilers initiates variables to 0.

    It's sexist in the same way as demanding people of different races to participate in movies even if it is counteracting the script/book the movie is based on.

  13. Best real world data is probably available from Fuelly, even though it may need some clean-up for fuel type and sub-model it can at least give you a decent idea of how well a certain model fares. Unfortunately some models have a limited number of samples even there.

    But actual driving data is more relevant when selecting a vehicle than the manufacturer figures even if the number of samples is low.

    Time lag at postings of stories is sometimes causing problems with causality.

    In any case the Apollo program seems to have been the pinnacle of human exploration of the solar system. After that we have been using robot probes with a lot less risk for human life but also a lot less challenges that could spawn new useful technology.

    And today there are a lot of alternatives to Skype and a new version would not appeal to many users anymore, especially considering the Windows 10 headache.

    And those that did exist was usually just seen as contaminants.
