    Yeah, it's not like contracts are legally enforceable agreements between parties and you can sue the other side when someone breaches it. Oh wait, they are.

    Will court fix problem that you have with service? I don't think so. You can get compensation, but you won't get your customers or reputation back.

    o No need to deal with the payroll of admins. o No need to deal with backups and the attendant infrastructure.

    Oh really. How do you connect to that cloud thingy. You still need some local IT infrastructure for that.

    o Guaranteed service levels.

    Contractually guaranteed. Good luck with that contract, when your business depends on third party, third party fscks up and only you have is some paper.

    o Actual security. There has yet to be a breach with a cloud provider. Plus, this is what SLAs are for.

    How does Thunderbird 5 handle full Exchange connectivity (including Calendaring, Contacts, Tasks, etc)? That is my main reason for sticking with Evolution.

    How does Evolution handle basic email functionality (including email storage). Abysmal mailbox performance and 2GB mbox format restriction was my main reason for ditching Evolution in older Ubuntu setups before mainstream got the message.

    Of cause reinstall is not needed. If people reinstall windows, they might confuse windows and linux install cds.

    Somebody at Microsoft skipped security classes again. Reinstall might be not required, but it is still recommended from security point of view.

    Can you think of another country just before WW1 and WW2 that was addicted to war? Look what happened to them.

    They are doing just fine. WW1 was not caused by some particular country, WW2 was an echo of WW1 and both sides were guilty. US included. War crimes of winners succeeded where other side lost. See terror bombing or unrestricted submarine warfare as example. 50 years later we are still experiencing echos of war around 38th parallel in Korea.

    You don't have to be youngster to use "yob tvoj mat" as place holder. Some might use it even without realizing what whole sentence means, if their mat is translated into native language.

    I already have public IP address with IPv4.

    It is spam. You never asked them to send those emails to you. If email sender does not provide good return address or lies with "we got your address from public sources and you can unsubscribe", when your address is not public, you are free to report them to spamcop.

    I am not atom physicist, but if island of stability exists, then we should be able to find those elements without nuclear synthesis. Those elements would exist as they would be created the usual way by mother universe.

    If you have unstable composite with over 250 parts, do you really expect that composite of 300-400 parts will be rock solid.

    You own both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Problems start happening when you don't own one. IPv4 scarcity will ensure that some won't have it.

    If you run public site, you want to be reachable by both IPvs and dual stack setup is the only solution. Dual stack does not increase number of IP addresses available to web hosts.

    It does not look like desktop. Put more files in that directory and you will see scrollbars. It is filesystem browser window.

    D stands for Desktop. Why KDE4 does not have desktop? Only some plasmoid file system explorer pretending to be desktop.

    Redhat Enterprise Edition 6 which is highly tested

    Yet they fail to fix their own broken patches applied to some packages for years. Security updates = ok. Fixing things we fubared = no way, need major release for that.

    It has to have an X-windows server since we use that remotely from our Windows (yeah, yeah, I know) workstations.

    Are you sure that you know? You run local x window server on your windows machine when you use x window programs.
