  1. Yay! on MS To Launch Internet Versions of Office And Windows · · Score: 1

Now even linux/OSX users can experience the blue screen of death! I do find it funny though that they are actually going to support firefox...or so they say.

It may also be worth noting that Novec 1230 becomes acidic if it comes into contact with moisture (even from the air) with time, so unless you have a dryer system on it also it would probably eventually start eating away at the board.

  3. What about both? on Lifting The Lid On Computer Filth · · Score: 3, Funny

I sometimes use my wireless laptop while I'm IN the lavatory. I think this means I'll probably die earlier than most of you.

  4. AT&T or SonyEricsson ? on AT&T Wireless Phone "Upgrades" Aren't · · Score: 1

I made a phone call the other day when I received my "free upgrade offer for just being a valued AT&T wireless customer". The phone call was the number provided and it was a direct line to the SonyEricsson company. I listened to all the pre-recorded messages they had to say, then I finally got to talk to a real live person. When I did I asked him if there were any catches like if I had to pay for anything or if they wanted my old phone back and he said no. Then I asked him why there were giving away the phones, for a recall or something along those lines and he told me that "Besides the dropped calls, no". Well that sounded like a problem to me. But anyway, my last question was if this had anything to do with AT&T or not being that this phone number didn't call them. He told me it had NOTHING to do with AT&T (even though they would have you belive that it was just a free gift) but that it was their decision. Anyway, AT&T apparently is just taking SonyEricsson's problem and making it look like they're doing you a favor by giving you a more expensive phone with less options. I need bluetooth not polyphone ringtones. I think I'll keep the phone I have and sell the new one on eBay ;) Just my two cents.

  5. Neural Feedback Therapy Works on Neural Feedback Training as Therapy for ADHD? · · Score: 2, Interesting

Speaking for my loving girlfriend... "I interned with a biofeedback therapist that specialized in the neural feedback training. I worked with children who were diagnosed with everyting from ODD, ADHD, Autism, and many other behavioral problems. In the short time that I was there I saw an amazing improvement in my children with ADHD. The improvement was so drastic that many were taken off ritalin, and only used neural feedback therapy as their only treatment. From my history in Psychology and my background knowledge in Neuroscience, I would hightly recommend you place you daughter in Neural Feedback Therapy. I believe our youth is over-medicated and NFT is going to be our future answer to genetic, neuronal, and behavioral problems. Good Luck!"
