Auditing of access of medical records would actually improve. If someone looks at your paper files, how would anyone know?
If someone looks at your EHR documents, sure it might potentially be easier to access, depending on your position, but you likely will be promptly fired.
Thanks for that Bad Analogy Guy.
The PC being logged is both address from a domain policy and application level.
Bigger areas of concern include protection againist removeable media, and uptime. You really need 99.999% uptime if someone's life depends on having their medical history available.
I hate to be "that guy" but if you had taken a history class you should be aware of "decimation" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimation_(Roman_army) as performed by the Roman army, so I'm pretty sure the 10% rule didn't come from GE.
Those who don't study history and all that...
However to be fair, the Romans probably stole the idea from the Greeks or Egyptians.
Step Seven- New Structure on the base
Much like a car tire, your ski has a tread pattern we call the structure. What type of structure works best depends on what kind of snow you typically ski in. Utah shops will run a different pattern on their skis than we do here in California. In any case this is the part that puts the pattern into the base. A very big stone is actually used for this process. This is the stone that makes us call the machine a stone grinder. We use a diamond to score a pattern into the stone. The stone is then used to cut this pattern into the ski. In addition, the stone is very precise and ensures that the ski base is perfectly flat and even.
dropped in large Gin and Tonics, not that I would have any experience with that.

Yeah the HDD is in LBA, and the OS speaks CHS.

One of the features of some of the implementations of EHR is the ability for patients to review their own records, via the tubes.

Interesting AC. In Alpine ski racing a "pattern" is needed on the base of the ski for increased speed:
