I love these articles that outline great ways to break the law. Like the one a while back about how to open a kryptonite U-Lock with a pen. It used to be hard to come up with great criminal schemes...now you just have to watch the news.

but seriously, search is the next generation and this is exactly what needs to be happening. in our world of endless content, search is king. in fact, what about a new technology that adds certain keywords to various content, like videos or pictures... to make them searchable. and to prevent abuse, it can be limited to say 10 key words or something.

has anybody thought about applying this community development towards the creation of some sort of mechanical device. Inventions could be perfected and perhaps someday there could even be open-source automobile designs.
does this sound plausible to anyone? what are your thoughts?
