Pros on opening the source for the drivers 1) Acceptance in the Linux/OSS community 2) The driver can be part of the linux kernel 3) If there is a bug in the drivers it can addressed quickly 4) People can create alternate solutions for devices

Corel needs something that will push it on top I don't think this is it but what I do think do it if they make a true U*NX version of the office suite then I believe they will have a chance and if port to Beos then they will be on better ground. Will we will see if they can pull it off
In anything RMS is a man who believes in his cause and doesn't back down from a fight. I can aleast respect him for that. I don't always agree with everything says and does but I know he is a man of prinicple.

I know grocery stores where all 50 and 100 dollar bills have signed by management they want add security that that money is ok. But this extremely inconvinent. Lets of they can get it right.

Finally American companies can compete in outside Markets for encryption software. I hope it is not too late for these companies to get a foot hold in the marketplace only time will tell.
