Like the AC said, in most cases that I recall, whenever this has come for a popular vote in various states, it has passed (at least decriminalization of medical marijuana).
(BTW, I finally went crazy, bought an ATSC capture card and converted an old computer into a MythTV box. It's slicker and arguably better than a VCR, but with more headaches and frustrations.)
I'm thinking about doing this as well, but I think I'm going to use an HD Homerun http://www.silicondust.com/ which gets really good reviews and seems to be relatively headache- and frustration-free since it's an external networked device, so no drivers issues, etc.
Ok, I had to look up both garrulous and loquacious in the dictionary, so points for that to you. However, it seems that they are synonyms, so redundant - deduct a few points.

The Court of Appeal replace the newly appointed judge in Pirate Bay case. The question of the district court was biased now determined by three judges from another department.
- The information may be mentioned that none of these are or have been members of any of the compounds are present in the case, write the court of appeal in a press release.

Following reports that the newly appointed Court of Appeal judge in Pirate BaymÃ¥let previously been a member of the same compound as the copyright jÃvsanklagade District Court judge, asked the Court of Appeal president yesterday to hear unless another law departments should determine jÃvsfrÃ¥gan.
Today came the decision: Designated hovrÃtt Council Ulrika Ihrfelt, who works for the department which has a special focus on copyright and intellectual property goals, may not adjudicate the issue of the district court was biased.
Instead, jÃvsfrÃ¥gan be moved to another court of appeal of the departments and review by the department head, hovrÃtt lagmannen Anders Eka together with the Court of Appeal councils Christina Jacobsson and Ulrika Beer Grehn.
"The reasons for this is to jÃvsfrÃ¥gan to be reviewed by other judges than those which may subsequently come to try the case and that, having regard to the contents of jÃvs-opposition, deemed appropriate to jÃvsfrÃ¥gan be determined on a department that has not specialized on copyright, "writes the court of appeal in the press release.
JÃvsfrÃ¥gan should be treated with priority. Court of Appeal president Fredrik WersÃll expect that decision may come "in a maximum of a few weeks", states the TT.
The Court of Appeal will not go ahead with the Pirate Bay case until jÃvsfrÃ¥gan settlement. If NorstrÃm would be judged as biased, the goal can be sent back to district court and the ruling reopened.
Several of the condemned pirates defense lawyers argue that NorstrÃm been biased, particularly because he is a member of several compounds related to copyright. The four were sentenced to one year's imprisonment and to pay damages of 30 million.
I've been reformatting and reinstalling Windows every couple months for the last year. Not because I have to, by the way... just because I've been going from version to version. I went to XP x64 and found out it sucked, so I accidentally went to Vista x86 and liked it but had to install Vista x64, then I got Win7 build 6959, then the public beta, then build 7057, then the RC which I'm running now. I've installed Ubuntu before, and I have no idea where you got the impression that Ubuntu is easier to install than Windows. It's easy to install, sure, but certainly not easier than Windows.
I got the impression that Ubuntu is easier to install than windows (XP) because both their installations are just as easy (even though Ubuntu's install looks nicer because it's all graphical and Windows install starts with text interface), and then with Ubuntu (in my experience) I didn't have to hunt for drivers after the installation like I *always* have to do with XP. I count the drivers process as part of installation. I haven't installed Vista that many times to have an impression from memory, but I believe you still have to search for the appropriate drivers to replace the generic ones that Vista installs by default.
Hence why I said debatable. It could be argued both ways. I would say that in my experience, drivers are a much smoother experience in Linux (Ubuntu specifically) than in Windows. But you're right that there are still lots of issues for some people's specific hardware.
B is debatable - at least 90% of drivers are auto detected and auto installed in Linux. The most common thing when installing Windows is having to spend some time on the net hunting for drivers, and sometimes they can be really hard to find.
Regarding A, you couldn't be more wrong. Have you installed Ubuntu lately on a clean (blank) machine? It's easier and quicker to install than windows. Seriously. Specially when you take into account what I said about drivers above, and how much complication that adds to the windows installation process.
They didn't have to pay for expensive modern things like roads, transportation (trains, airports), military, police, firefighters, etc ad nauseum at the time of the American Revolution.
When searching for P2P TV channels after seeing this story on Slashdot, I noticed that sports is some of the most common programming offered on P2P TV sites. Google for P2P TV Sports and you will find a bunch of sites dedicated just to this. Here is the first link from the results, as an example.

What I'm surprised about is that no one (especially the Slashdot editor) has yet linked the story from a few days ago predicting this.
I like to mention this every time a game DRM story comes up on Slashdot: There are places out there, like GOG, where you can buy completely DRM-free games. Yes, their selection is composed of older games, but the games are good, the price is great, and it shows the game industry that DRM-free games sell. I have no connection to gog.com - I just like their ideas.
"In Japan" almost became a big meme on Slashdot a couple of years ago. I liked it - don't know why it didn't persist like "in Soviet Russia" and "Welcome our overlords" did.
I've searched for any not written in PHP and they are hard to find. There's plone, written in python, but I understand that it's kind of large and resource heavy. Do you have any suggestions?
Yes, I had a Wii and RE4 for it. I was talking about old RE games vs. the original Silent Hill. Since the article summary talks about those and fixed cameras.
Good question. One reason I think is that in a race like that we would end up with the first primary/caucus 3 years before the general election. This year's primary season was already super long. Another thing is that this stuff is negotiated and planned between the states and the democratic and republican parties. Look at what happened to Florida and Michigan this year when they went rogue with their primary dates.
Silent hill wasn't fixed, pre-rendered perspective like resident evil was. That's one of the reasons why I never got into RE, but I loved Silent Hill. SH was also so much creepier and suspenseful than RE.
Another thing, isn't Left 4 Dead somewhat of a survival horror game as well? It's one of the top games right now yet there's no mention of it.
You mean like http://www.zombo.com? (You have to have your sound on)

It's a good movie.

That's the point of those sites - they're not torrents of yesterday's games, they're live P2P feeds of the games.

Or does he have to carry at least three communications devices to qualify?
Blackadder: Baldrick, have you no idea what "irony" is?
Baldrick: Yes, it's like "goldy" and "bronzy" only it's made out of iron.

Because if you don't have any use for views/cck, other CMS are way easier to style and maintain.
Examples of what CMS are easier to style and maintain would be nice. I would really like to know.
Drupal also has a native forum module. That's what they use on the drupal.org website.
