You shouldn't take AC here's comment too seriously. I now regret not posting as soon as possible. AC, you're a jackass. The question was a matter of communication.

This is regarding Java applets embedded on pages as opposed to JavaScript. There appears to be at least some confusion on this. If I had anything more insightful to add, I would certainly have done so.

For making the internet nearly unusable for many (most?) people, even with reasonably modern computers...(I'm watching you Adobe...) Anyone want to argue against the notion that Java and Flash aren't the most optimized platforms for anything? Will be ordering 10+ of these things. Hopefully if enough are purchased, they will have the resources to develop an improved product line. So long as it doesn't become the 'Yugo' of the computing industry. Actually, I think there is a real need for a 'Yugo' in this market. Referring to its price point, not the quality.
Like every other manufacturer, they have good and bad products... Late 90's Chevrolet Lumina/Monte Carlo was a great car (aside from some engine gasket defects)... Hummer H2? You all are welcome to your own opinions, but I'm not a fan... Hyundai/KIA products are definitely competitive these days though...
Submitter asks: "Do you trust such companies with unfettered access to the entire GPS history of your vehicle?"
No.
If you don't use it, just cut the antenna; if you do use it, despite knowing this, you have basically rendered any future complaint you have pointless, since you've already told them it's okay to do this.
Also, people have been replacing/augmenting Microsoft's limited shell functionality since before a lot of people here were born. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkaHAay9HXQ (that program was released in 1997 by the way)
There's little chance of that stopping any time soon, so don't worry...
In this day and age, if the OS+hardware combo is stable (hmmm....), you can elimininate most of your startup times with suspend/hibernate functionality... saves power and effort in the long run. All this newfangled quick-boot crap seems to be basically a glorified hibernation resume. Not a bad idea, but while it may be new to MS Windows, the concept of loading the functional parts of a system directly into ram from an image is certainly not. It's also a bit less lame than I make it sound... http://blogs.msdn.com/b/b8/archive/2011/09/08/delivering-fast-boot-times-in-windows-8.aspx
1) SHELL is set to explorer.exe. 2) Explorer.exe is definitely there... In its usual %windir%\explorer.exe location. Haven't installed yet, as STOP errors abound...
This was meant to be a reply to the unfortunately socially challenged first-poster.

... where can I buy Comcast users?
I'm going to allow this...

Incorrect.
You can hold it in your hands...and as you own it longer, it actually costs you less money.
How many times will I see this posted, with a basically identical (but from random user) correction posted immediately below it?

YES!... Get him OUT of the American public school system, at all cost...
All I hear is "...". All anyone hears is "..." ...
..fondly by some, but here I can't say for sure.
AC is crosstalking to itself again...
Until computers can do EVERYTHING, there will always be the need for modular construction...
AC = Case not proven lol

Plane appears to have lost a servo tab on the left elevator, and who knows what else.... so maneuvering was probably quite difficult

Midori is a Japanese word for green... ... It's also just a code name for a project. With metro, perhaps they were going more for this... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geo_Metro#Geo_Metro ... It seems they actuallytook the name from this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_County_Metro_Transit
