"except the prison sentence of about 10-15 years", meaning that on top of your average prison sentence of 12 years (or "life") for murder, you'd have to pay maybe 20000-30000 e in case you have money. If you don't, the 12 years will do. And they have holidays from prison!
427000 euros, or $542000. Quite similar to what you'd get for murdering 15-50 people or raping 100 women and children (except the prison sentence of about 10-15 years). So, kill and rape all you want but don't make copies of 0's and 1's...
Last time I checked (that's today), Windows XP Professional cost almost 400 euros. Only 130 more and you're owner of Mac Mini with OS X. And last time I checked, Linux was still free as in beer (Ubuntu/Debian rocks).
Note to Microsoft: 400 euros for an OS is _waayyy_ too much! Think 60 e and we'll talk.
If I had mod points, I'd mod you up. In my opinion, The Monkey Buy video summarizes Microsoft, its products, its people and it policies. Microsoft isn't a software company, it's a marketing company. As such, it succeeds quite well (too many fools and PHBs with too much money around).
iTunes for Windows would be my next choice after Winamp only if it had "Play in Winamp" and "Enqueue in Winamp" like options in Windows Explorer context menu (right mouse button on a folder). Any idea if this is possible somehow? I don't like nor need playlists, I just want to play an album the files of which are in this folder, please.

If it is, I can live without it.
All that trouble so that we can pollute even more? It's not going to solve the *problem*.
Sounds great. At least now we can die in good-looking houses. How about reducing the damned pollution?!
I'd like to know the names of those few who voted YES.
