I am amazed.... I just wonder how many DOS or DDOS attacks were made based on this wonderful backdoor... and btw: shall all the NetGear Users now dump their devices ?!? no way... if this thing is really un-patchable, then I suspect this leak to be open for many years from now, as the device is one of the most current ones...
wow - just before I bought it:-)
This article is the great motivation for my additional marketing & sales study... I've been coding for 10+ yrs and was a project manager already for 4+ yrs now... And believe me - requirements change, technology changes, motivation changes and job-requirements change...
I do not expect me to do the same stuff I've done until now in 10 yrs from now... it well be sure some sort of combination thing with an excellent mixture of all good ingredients, 25 yrs work experience in software development, management skills and (web.)marketing/sales/pre-sales and other activies... hell - what do you call that type of job???
If you believe only a bit of such reports, then get some good books, inscribe a university or just spend your money on courses, trainings and certifications and make sure you are always miles ahead of the IT-gardeners...
Well I cannot wait to see the photos of this next doppelganger they arrested here... it was just a question of time the Bush' regime needed some more success stories looking forward to the elections...

Arthur speaks for me:
I sometimes wonder how we spent leisure time before satellite television and Internet came along?.and then I realise that I have spent more than half of my life in the ?dark ages?! Satellite television, Internet, mobile phones, email ? all these are technological responses to a deep-rooted human desire to communicate and access information.
I cannot imagine life before communcations - even 20 years ago we swapped the C64-disks via snail-mail and were sort of info-nerds... 10 yrs ago the modem- and BBS scene was mine... so what did you do meanwhile?
cheers, christoph
