It's CHINA. This is just an Official Policy statement by the Chinese Government announcing they will pirate all software in the future for Government use. This was somehow lost in the translation?

Hey, I found more discussion on this at this site. Looks like someone tried to submit it to slashdot, but they didn't put it up.

Anyway, they have found multiple photos at google with the same object. Some think it's something on the sat lense (noway - those things are super protected) and other's think it is part of the image matching markers in the software.

Have fun with it - there are some funny remarks at that website ("it's a mentos ad!")

All this "stealing" talk is bullshit. The logical end to it is that if you "pay" for TV cable channels, but don't "watch" the shows, are you "stealing" from the advertisers because you chose never to watch the show? NO. Now, we here in the Sales Department know that is technically correct. It was explained to us in the last meeting.

But I was pretty sure that we (Sales) told you (Engineering) NOT TO FUCKING TELL THE WORLD THAT SHIT!!! What do you think we are in business for, to GIVE AWAY OUR FUCKING COMMISSION DOLLARS? Ahem...pardon that outburst...

As I was saying, we here at Motorola pay you Engineers (quite a bit of money) to develop neat new stuff so that the company can sell it at a healthy profit. We were actually hoping to sell the 40" HDTV flat panels at about $1800 range...you know...so we COULD MAKE A FUCKING KILLING FOR ONCE...but NOOOOOOOOOO, you have to tell the world that we can sell it at $400 (30% GP) as opposed to the 84% GP we could havdfua/ @$^&q980-9ua;sdlfkj!~~~~!!!!!!!!!
