    No processing speed is not increasing as fast as it was. And AI is not "if statements". And quantum computers are not what you think they are.

    AI is no more real than it was 40 years ago. Most likely there will never be AI. Technological progress is slowing. Even raw processor speed isn't increasing as fast as it was.

  18. No, it is less dangerous than a CT Scan. A CT scan penetrates deep into your tissue (that is what it is for). What is impressive is that there was only 5 mSv of exposure. You get 4 mSv from just plain living on Earth, less if you live in your Mom's basement like I do.

    no they arent. CPU's and GPUs have not been getting faster and faster. Just more efficient. But the days of guaranteed CPU growth in terms of speed is long gone.
