    Actually, the bigger question is: why are there no property taxes on your stereo, tv, toothbrush, books, washing machine, skis, and so on?

    And if so, isn't the Internet a lot more vulnerable to attack by rogue entities than it should be?
    Well, I think so. It's roughly the same line of idiocy that thinks downloading executable format files and running them automatically is the best thing since sliced bread! (Sorry, no car analogy ;^)

    Several years ago, I had read that there are differences between the male and female X chromosomes, one of them being that socialization attributes for women are strongly influenced by the male X. This may have implications on an all female society. Sorry, no references.

    Given that this is really crime rather than military intelligence and the like, I wonder why this isn't done through Interpol. It seems especially silly as most (all!?) of the nations that contain the source of the current generation of terrorists are excluded.
