The rational position on believing something with no substantiating evidence is to not believe. You're free to do otherwise, but don't complain when people call you out for acting irrationally.
So it's not about the drone pilots seeing the possibly-innocent people they're killing (and the subsequent stains on the landscape after they're done), but simply because they have to get up early?
Because drones are easier and less risky to use. No "good guys" are put in harm's way. The armed forces are far more likely to use something which doesn't endanger their guys, even if it means increasing the likelihood of innocent people dying.
So you'd save yourself before you saved your loved ones. You are a grade-A piece of work, that's for sure. Wow. The fact you proffered that titbit without a second thought speaks volumes about your character, and it's really not good.
But we know the targets are frequently not bad guys. I'd get pretty stressed if my job was killing people I'm told are bad, but which often turn out to also include lots of innocent people. You'd be fine with that?
Not after giving the captain a fuckin' medal for his wonderful actions. Both Russia and the US are fucked up when it comes to notions of national pride and military prowess. It's like watching two pumped-up muscle-heads at the gym having an argument over protein shakes or some other bullshit. It'd be fine if they kept it to themselves, but when it kicks off, other people suffer from their stupidity.
The guy in the video was from Siberia, not just over the border in Russia. He is also contracted to serve Russia until next year, and his contract began before he was in Ukraine. If he's not actively fighting as a Russian serviceman, he's doing a damn good impression of one, and Russia is helping him every step of the way by not calling him out.
They're not ride-sharing, though. They would be ride-sharing if there was no difference in the car's route with or without a passenger, but as the passenger says where to go, it's not ride-sharing. That's kind of the definition.
To play devil's advocate, that retroreflector could have been placed there remotely - its existence doesn't necessarily imply that people put it there.
I don't believe the conspiracy nonsense - as Mitchell and Webb demonstrated, the only difference in cost between faking the moon landings and actually performing them would be the catering costs for the astronauts:)
I don't have to do better - better solutions than your's exist already. Give it up. I've already pointed out flaws in your solution which render it useless in many cases, and your anti-boner for DNS and competitors is clouding your already "unique" perspective. It's sad.
Ladies and gentlemen, here we have APK pretending to be some kind-hearted supporter of himself, in a vain attempt to lend credence to his tenuous position. APK thinks so highly of this audience that he spams us and thinks we're retarded.
The real irony is his anti-advertising solution can't block his advertising. He's his own worst enemy, yet has no idea. Mental illness is a bitch.
Stop spamming. You realise that if you had an account here, it would be banned, as you are no better than any of the other spammers that crop up. You didn't listen to Nietzsche and now the abyss is staring deep into you. You are now the problem you sought to alleviate. Happy?
According to Akamai's numbers (admittedly from 2014), the average US internet connection was 11.5mb/s. If it hasn't beaten the speedy Cuban internet infrastructure since, it's certainly comparable by this metric.

If the Xbox One could support Xbox 360 games from the beginning, people would have bought the Xbox One and not the games. Microsoft sells their consoles at a loss (as do Sony and Nintendo), expecting to make profit from the games. If people can't play their old games on their new console, some will re-purchase them, which translates to more money. The question is where does the balance lie?
'M$'? Do you also post "1984 was not meant as an instruction manual!" and "you're not the customer but the product!"? They all achieve the same result - showing the author to not be particularly original, and a big fan of parroting clichés heard elsewhere... Seriously - if you want people to not be repulsed by your immature attempts at disparaging a company, don't look so immature. You're better than this.
A republic is a country without a dynastic leader. The phrase you are looking for is "representative democracy". Republics and monarchies can be representative democracies (France & Britain are an example of each). It is true that the archaic definition of republic did include some brief talk of representatives, but that has ceased to be the case for a long time. If you want to talk about politicians representing people, use "representative democracy", as that is the actual term for that.
I look forward to yet another xenophobic or misogynist post from you. Shouldn't you be paying taxes instead of giving the world a bad impression of Greeks?
You didn't even bring up what happens if aliens attack, or if there's a zombie outbreak, or Nixon comes back from the grave as a hyperloop bandito!
We already travel in planes, and if they fuck up, you get spread over the side of a mountain really nicely. If you're scared, just say so - I doubt anyone will think any less of you.
1. Not really a problem. Plenty of trains go through tunnels for long stretches of time, and in those there are small compartments in which people sit. Claustrophobia isn't that big of a deal, as people who are claustrophobic don't travel in claustrophobia-inducing modes of transport, as they're not idiots. This goes for planes, trains, cars, and so on.
2. There is no "device" yet to judge. The capsule design is still in development, and competitions for designs will be held.

I see you've started letting others do your thinking for you. How very sad.

What do you think you told us so? I take it you didn't read the article...
No room for xenophobia in that post? You're losing your touch!

Hyperloop doesn't have to take the air from inside the tube into the cabin. It can just have air stored on board. Not particularly difficult...
You didn't even bring up what happens if aliens attack, or if there's a zombie outbreak, or Nixon comes back from the grave as a hyperloop bandito!

3. A hardly insurmountable problem.
