I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not but Trump has been a perpetrator of such crap.
Sick of the USA having to act as world policeman due to being the leading nation? Then vote Trump so those Chinese can get a taste of what it's like to be on top - that will show them!
Careful, he's already pretended someone's hope that he would go away was a death threat so you are just adding fuel to the ego by stating something that more closely resembles one.
Systemd has this guy called Lennart in charge of it (PulseAudio, NetworkManager etc) so it's implementation, lack of respect for users, scope creep and massive ego that get in the way instead of it being necessarily a bad idea. However the idea was really just to get everything touched by init under the control of one group instead of solving an actual problem so maybe it was a bad idea. Cathedral vs Bazaar, but Lennart is too young to have read and understood the lessons from that one at the time and shows no sign of wanting to catch up.
Obama is not running. Funny how even if Trump was by some magic squeaky clean despite the people he associated with he's still seen as wonderful despite his gambling empire feeding off the poor with rigged games and a government licence to do so. It's perfectly legal for the house to always come out ahead but they are still rigged games and it's perfectly legal for government to keep others who don't bid on the limited gambling licences out of the game, but he's still gained the benefit of governments preventing others from competing with him. So a parasite that depends on big government to allow him to prey on the people - and that's if he's been up to nothing else.
Actually no - try reading the summary and seeing who paid for the dancers. It's a Microsoft PR event. I really do not get why you are arguing otherwise.
Funny how I remember some court cases over unfair dismissal because of the way some people have acted at some of these things and the puritan bosses that set it up decided to punish them for it. It's a minefield when you are on the clock.
While we're busy catering to human interests that aren't directly related to the subject matter from the conference, should we get Neil deGrasse Tyson to give a lecture on astronomy
Offtopic maybe, but at a Babylon5 convention I went to one of the speakers was a real astronomer. It went down very well and the room was packed, but he did have some very nice images of galaxies etc.
It's not exactly the place where you would expect strippers that do not even strip. Ridiculous, sad, pathetic and out of place on every level. Some PR loser fucked up big time.
Who ever told you that marketing was about "reasonableness"?
Yes but this is just a bit out of place for a tech conference. People were there for work reasons and they've got to tell the missus "they didn't hire strippers because they didn't actually strip". Sometimes marketing is very tacky.
It's not so much about sexism but the whole bundle of acting like a dodgy stockbroker on coke in 2008.
No. It's not a private party. It's a corporate event where they hired the equivalent of strippers that didn't even get their clothes off - tacky, wrong and just sad.
With the greatest possible respect I suggest that you consider that relatively old wifi standards are still supported by new devices before rolling out the "obsolete" and "broken" leaps to conclusions. As for the edge cases you've thought up, I get that coders have a different way of looking at things and thing that since software has a shelf life of bread then you pretend hardware is like that too, but it would be appreciated if you would at least try to think a bit before spreading misinformation based on magical thinking. You may be utterly fantastic at what you do but that is not a licence to pretend your guesses in other areas are of the same value. Each of your rare edge cases would have a basis in reality and not just the ticking of the clock.
Here's a clue - people with budgets in the millions sometimes discuss commercially sensitive information, and also every state, even Alaska, has issues that touch on national security.
Also it's very much a side issue. Hillary has done a LOT worse DELIBERATELY than repeat Palin's stupid mistake.
There's been a lot of stuff like this for years: http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/memory-lapse-trump-seeks-distance-advisor-past-ties/story?id=34600826 http://edition.cnn.com/2015/07/31/politics/trump-mob-mafia/ http://www.helpfreetheearth.com/news1222_trump.html
That's just what google turned up today so don't blame me if you don't like the politics of any of those sites.
Trump talks like a gangster due to practice talking to the real thing.
And he's not in Vegas Casinos, he's in Atlantic city casinos.
Are you seriously suggesting that the building in Las Vegas with Trump's name in large letters on the front is not his casino and also suggesting that Atlantic City gambling is squeaky clean?
So arguing for the lesser of two evils? I was expressing an opinion that I do not think Trump is "untouchable" and your lesser of two evils argument is not relevant to that in any way at all. Please try something less boring than noise for the purpose of distraction.other
I think it was quite a few, however as I said this issue is a bit of a distraction from far more serious things that Clinton can be held responsible for.
Funny how it's OK for Palin but not Hillary. However I think we are being distracted by trivialities. The Manning leak exposed a pile of things that were far worse than this.

Not a binary situation - not Trump does not equal Hillary.
Yes bribery and prostitution get things done with the amoral but we don't all have to act like Enron losers do we? Their excess backfired remember.
Careful, he's already pretended someone's hope that he would go away was a death threat so you are just adding fuel to the ego by stating something that more closely resembles one.
Hillary isn't close to the topic and Obama is out of the running, thus nowhere near a "lesser of two evils" stupid argument.
Have you considered that there are people that think both Hillary and Trump should not be trusted with the job?
Waste of corporate resources so that a few people can get some sexual excitement.
Thus extremely unprofessional.

Wow - marked me foe already? Just for pointing out that Trump has gambling interests? How incredibly thin skinned.

Try comprehending what you read and look "cesspit" up in a dictionary if that helps.
I think it was quite a few, however as I said this issue is a bit of a distraction from far more serious things that Clinton can be held responsible for.
That was then this is now. Back in 2009 Nokia had better phones than Apple.
As a bonus if this huge thing is carried in a handbag it makes an effective club for personal protection.
