Take a look at some of the posts below about how little internet traffic they have to get a bit of an understanding of why it's not such a huge deal as you have assumed. Maybe you can relate to it if you think of it like a scheduled World of Warcraft overnight server shutdown only not for as many hours.
Can it run linux or *bsd? Because the odds of MS continuing to support this in the next cycle of management change are very low. I'll bet they drop it just like an old version of "windows phone".
Of course, if you are only planning to use it for a maximum of a couple of years go ahead - the stuff that came with it will work and you probably won't miss the new stuff coming out that will not run on it so much.
So absolutes only then? What's your take on a mother taking her young son into the ladies room then? Hanging offence? It's not just about ironclad gender rules here AC but about practicality.
If the left would apply their passion to this idea, instead of using government as a sledgehammer
You've got it backwards - the right have gone all nanny-state on this to poke into bedrooms and bathrooms instead of keeping out.
Indeed. Your child could grow up to be a Republican baker and be triggered by a non-heterosexual couple buying a cake. It's all about protecting such snowflakes.
With the greatest possible respect, it's a bit more than an *ism that is to blame when Norway for example has similar form of that *ism. You repeatedly keep on replying to things I write with comments that indicate nothing other than you being out of your depth on a topic. Are you really that bored?
Oh really? Examples please. What's wrong with liking the idea of having a country instead of anarchy anyway? "Statist" has got to be one of the strangest insults I have heard in a very long term and it reflects extremely poorly on the person that employs it.
Why should I let a very loud Trump cheerleader pretend that they never were?
Yes - but the one that stands out above all others is depending on a monoculture to drive an economy - stupid - potato famine levels of stupid - hence the finger pointing at being stupid about oil.
Really? Don't dumb yourself down - think about the process that failed (which was not anything to do with avionics, fuel allocation etc etc). What makes loading passengers into a aircraft far more difficult than emergency medicine?
Ah yes - I remember your rather odd "statist" insult from much earlier - thanks for reminding me that you are an anarchist that has been cheering Trump on because you hope he will destroy government in the USA. You really should try doing some growing up before you end up learning from experience that you will be utterly fucked if you get the stupid shit you are asking for.
You fall back to drastically dumbed down procedures as seen in disaster management systems everywhere else - especially including hospitals. When a hospital gets 100+ people in one hit do you really think they do complex paperwork instead of falling back to a very simple (and necessarily brutal) system?
No, blaming it all on just oil is ignorance, your ignorance
Not really - even if the camel was already overloaded that was the straw that broke it's back. The poor choice (just like the poor choice of Greece to borrow deep and invest in US tech stocks around 2000) was the problem. While it could be argued that a different form of government would not make the same poor choice (although I very much doubt it) the form of government wasn't really the problem, just the choices they made. They've certainly made a lot that look bad, and others that look bad in hindsight but would not be so bad if the oil price had not been artificially driven down.
There's no point blaming their government type just as there is no point in blaming ours for all those gas companies that went broke due to the Saudi price war (and there were a lot of them). If we were depending on that gas to fund an economy we'd be just as fucked as Venezuela.
Venezuela is an example of a single point of failure. It doesn't matter what system of government they have, so long as they rely on oil the consequences of a price war with Saudis who can get oil out of the ground at less than one third of the price are kind of obvious. Russia didn't cope well either so an oligarchy is not the answer either.
Keep on telling yourself that, but dozens upon dozens of your posts indicate stridently that you were cheering for him all the way (and still seem to be doing so from time to time for some incredibly strange reason).
The term you started with, "lol" usually indicates such a thing, but I was really writing about the general attitude to the thing of people thinking it's funny that a millionaire squandered his own money on a vanity project. It's not so funny when the vast amount of padding in a job unwanted by the supposed client is picked up by a taxpayer.
Would I ruin your blind tribalism if I agreed with you about Obama's over-reach and letting rouge agencies run wild? Well I do agree with you on that, but two wrongs don't make a right so you are going to have to actually THINK instead of some sort of childish sandpit argument about some other kid being bad first.
That's not an answer to the question of what illegal things Trump is supposed to have done
Indeed - instead it's directly addressing the question that you actually asked instead of a new one that you didn't ask. I'm utterly baffled by you "alt-right" people. It's as if you grew up in a box and somehow missed seeing more than a tiny slice of life. Trump is not going to be grateful for your cheerleading and will turn on you the second he can get some advantage out of it.
Because average people cannot cope with passwords. They just can't.
Then train them to be better than average.
That's what were are told is supposed to happen, but has it every happened?
It's very important to have a porpoise before attempting time travel or you end up with a pair of ducks.
But it's neither for an entire day or available enough there for it to have become a critical tool.

Because people with nothing better to do have decided that people different to them must be punished.

Another good point.
Some places are socialist on some issues but as far as hard right on others.
A single word rarely sums them up.
Good point, but the obvious one that everyone notices shouldn't be ignored even when it is a symptom instead of the cause.
Oh really? Examples please.

rogue
Good point - it should be red as rogue.

Not quite so funny anymore is it?
Who said it was "funny"?

Being harrassed by Pinkertons who are employed to fight free speech doesn't sound very free to me.
