    2. If you are using names make sure you know which one is greater. Ubuntu method of going up alphabetically is a good example.

    Can Firefox (and Chrome!) add a descent support for HiDPI screen please?! On my laptop (Linux, QHD 3200x1800), those browsers are almost unusable. Yeah I know about the "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" configuration in Firefox but it's not perfect. Stop adding new features and back to basic : display web pages correctly on today monitors. Please! Thanks :)

    For the IDE switching issue, this is why I'm now trying to use almost exclusively one editor : Emacs (no flamewar please). It support almost any languages. Now I have an IDE configured the way I want it. I have almost the same behaviors/look & feel for any language I use. In bonus : org-mode ;)

    The only problem with the Google Personalized Search is you can't exclude *.about.com. So, economics.about.com, webdesign.about.com, databases.about.com, [...].about.com... are always returns. You need to exclude ALL of them, one by one.

    Go to the Options and uncheck the Java option (Use a java runtime environment). After this, OpenOffice.org start like a breeze...

    Open Source PC?? What if I already own a copy of Windows, simply _replace_ my current PC with a new one and use this copy of Windows. I don't want to pay a new copy of Windows each time I _replace_ my PC...

    I can already buy a PC from my local "PC clone" vendor without Windows on it (Windows price removed) , so why is Dell, HP, IBM... can't do it?
