    Again, how did they misled the readers? NYTimes underestimated the number of suckers in the US, but this is not "misleading people". They were not reporting false news or outright lies, like some other pro-Trump media.

    And STFU with the "endorsement" crap. The media was absolutely on witch hunt season for Hillary while Trump got a pass. Her every minor misstep was reported out of proportion. That "deplorable" slip? Trump uttered pretty much the same crap at every other rally.

    Now, I think this was to show readers that the media was "equally tough on everybody" since not many people really believed that Trump is going to win.

    So what? Hitler said a lot of things that make sense. For example, he was against smoking and made several anti-smoking speeches.

    As pretty much any other dictator. It's quite easy to cut Hitler speeches to support right-wingers as well. I can even do it with Lenin's speeches.

    How had NY Times misled readers? How? They reported everything fairly and honestly. They honestly say that Trump is a fucking nutty idiot.

    It's just that tons of media in the US are trying to do "both sides are equal" BS thus making people think that there are no right or wrong viewpoints. This leads all the way up: "Views on the shape of the Earth differ, now let's hear what our esteemed Flat Earth Party member has to say".

    I played with it at the time. It was awkward and slow - there was just 1Gb of RAM and 3D acceleration didn't work with X11. IO was also painfully slow.

    Samsung S8 has 4Gb RAM and a far faster CPU and storage. It's still on a low end for desktops, but it's at least starting to look feasible.

    Why would you steal something that has no value for you? For example, the US is rapidly losing expertise required to build nuclear reactors while China is gaining it. The same for high-speed rail.
    The US still has several tricks up its sleeves: biotech and pharma research, R&D for computer software and hardware, airspace and so on. But at this point China probably is not worried that these areas give the US a crippling advantage over China.

    Actually, they were successful in keeping women from government, executive positions, law and medicine. They all still have bias. The kicker is, the bias has improved compared with a situation even 30 years ago.

    T-Mobile is not going anywhere. They already have a really nice network in most cities, they lack coverage in rural areas and in some markets but they still show a healthy growth.

    The runaway effect needs something like 3000ppm of CO2. This is not going to happen. What you need to fear is the sea level rise, desertification, extreme weather and your neighbors who will gladly kill you once they have nothing to eat.

    Nope. "The stuff you asked to see" is THE problem with the social media. You just become insulated in your bubble and it just keeps being reinforced. The old time news used to include all kinds of opinions.

    Technically, reprocessing is not a rate limiting step in nuclear power generation. There's more than enough natural uranium for the current world's needs.

    China is building 22 new reactors under construction right now. And by 2020 they're planning to double their construction rate. Meanwhile, US has lost key expertise needed to build nuclear power plants and Europe is well on the way to do the same.

    Can you at least quote the correct numbers?

    China's electricity output right now is: Coal - 58%, Hydro - 20%, Wind+Solar - 15%, Nuclear - 2%. Coal generation is capped at 1GW (its 950GW now) and will probably start to fall down soon.
