and get a good approximation of the number of definitions to be found of the various labels you used (liberal, compassionate, conservative, socialism, etc.)
Well I guess there are 49 other states that ought to get on the bandwagon. Unless there's one or more that dosen't have something comparable to the abandoned property law:-)
They're raising taxes here in Texas, and cutting services as we type, and dubya just buried the best part of the next generation with his cut the taxes and spend like a drunken pick yer own minority here
...when I learned how to learn, hacking the RBBS code and config files to make my BBS run the way I wanted it to...
then there was
"trade wars"

when you screwed up then, you just tracked down the problem and undid what you screwed up. Now you reformat & reinstall windoze on the good side, I don't see as much spaghetti as in those days... carbs and all that well runnin on has to stop it's almost happy hour time.
It would seem to me that its not compensation, but good design to build a tv set where the video and audio are in synch. Seems more like the somebody's out to lunch if they build a box that can't get it right. The solution might be for the managers at BestBuy, CircuitCity and so on to send them back when the set up a demo unit and see/hear that it's all f''ked up
Right on McNoHogwash keep Flying... I've got a playlist of 1200+ songs, and random is the only way... get one I really like that I haven't heard in a while, and I'll duplicate the entry for it. Keeps ya guessing, turns ya on, and puts muddyChannel (boring opressive capitalist censors)to shame
Illegal to advertise is good. How about one step further and find a way to locate and penalize the upstream feed of the spam. I thought I had a little technical savy, but cutting of the feed seems so obvious, it should be somehow do-able. Spam has got to cost aol, earthlink, and the rest that they ought to be able to manage it.
Would love to see Natalie's image up there, instead of the dumb vinyl sign that shreds before it lands in pieces on my patio from the nearby muddyChannel billboard everytime the wind blows.
Posted this recently to SBC, waiting for a response from them:
according to published information, Yahoo is not responding to the report of a flaw in e-mail filtering software for Yahoo Inc. Web-based e-mail services that could result in the theft of login and password information; the disclosure of message contents in the user's mailbox and contact file; and the exploitation of the user's machine by an outside agent.
What is SBC doing to resolve this serious vulnerability that your customers are exposed to as a result of this serious flaw on yahoo's part.
We, your customers, never had the opportunity to choose whether expose ourselves to yahoo, their advertising and this vulnerability.
I would appreciate some assurance that this severe vulnerability is being fixed.
Except, and I happen to agree with your: for all the stupid and evil things that NetSol
taking into account the logical conclusion assuming your assertion is as accurate as I think it is, who expects NetSol to be around for a hunred years.
There's nothing like a stupid knee jerk reaction by uninformed legislators doing something about stuff they are clueless about. The only thing worse than something like this, is when the feds do it, and nullify some state law that does better.
It's bad enough when you do a typo and get the wrong site, but the situation is, as I see it now, a former monopoly holder is losing the business war from competition where competition has been introduced.
Now they attempt to hijack xxx million sets of eyeballs daily just because they have the ability. They happen to occupy the position as final authority for a big segment of the Internet.
It Is/Was An ABUSE of AUTHORITY and nothing else, and ICANN was correct in asking them to cease and desist.
Veri$ign should forget about trying to hijack eyeballs, and get back to the nuts & bolts of customer service and marketing.
My initial reaction was to disagree vehemently with your post, but after reading some of the responses, and re-reading yours, you could go here

Somewhat funny... but in the end lame
