Pardon me while I toot my own horn, but Wurm Online is a 100% player driven mmorpg (although we prefer to call it a Fantasy Simulation) written in Java.
There's fighting in it, but it's far from the main focus of the game. In fact, I don't think more than half the players have ever fought at all except to fend of agressive wildlife.
Generate a random pad the same size as the file, xor the file using the pad, encrypt the pad with the public key and save to disk.
Then the user sends the encypted pad somewhere (possibly a webservice), and pays $200. The hacker descrypts the pad and sends it back.
Yeah, in the future, code won't be structured at all as a result of this patent! There'll be spaghetti code and god objects all over the place!
*looks at own code*
AAH, IT'S STARTED ALREADY!!
Because software patents are evil, and now we get tab goodness in both firefox and internet explorer! Yay! =D
Of course, I'll probably still keep using firefox, but there's one less reason to do so now. Yay competition!

And don't forget about the touch screen.
Prediction: more people in this thread will make that mistake.
You and some 600-700 million other people.

Unless you found some very fast new way of factoring primes, that'd take a very long time to crack

No, that would be Ultra-Violence. What kind of nerd ARE you?
If a guy mugged me tonight I'd just look at him with an uncertain smile until he shot me. I hate april fools. :-/
DDOS attacks? BitTorrent traffic? Spam email? Slashdotting? Seems a bit too vague to be good.
