    No, everyone (except linux nuts) will be on longhorn, which will make the format universally readable. This means that telling the dumb computer user to open said file won't have to include instructions on how to install acrobat. I welcome the change from the 10 second boot time of Adobe Acrobat, even with AR speedup running.

    No, i don't believe you can embed subtitles into normal playable formats right now. What happens is you make an srt file of the same name as the avi/whatever and then use BSplayer or whatever to play the subtitles, picking up on the name

    I have no doubt that in 50 years (given current progress), creativity as we know it will be commonly implemented in advanced computers. Your brain is nothing more than a biologically advanced computer, complete with binary nerve signals and the works.

    Why can't human brain functions be copied and improved upon in circuitry, other than the currently prohibitive costs involved, and our failure to accurately determine the exact neuron mapping of anyone's brain. Even the dynamic neuron connections could be potentially emulated or mimiced by a computer.

    The real issue comes when someone uses *GASP* another search engine. Yes, there are alternatives and this could justify them to block google due to their own, probably similar rules on keyword spamming.

    Look at the title bar: Before "Google AdWords Support..." which is in both titles, "traffic estimator, traffic estimates, traffic tool, estimate traffic" appears in the title bar of the search engine page.

    I don't believe that Gator has any legal basis with which to effectively enforce any such action, but are rather attempting to bludgeon the negative comments off of the website with threats of libel suits that would undoubtedly be costly, although without legal precedent on the side of Gator.
