  1. Maybe I am lucky but..... on Some Early Adopters Stung By Ubuntu's Karmic Koala · · Score: 1

I haven't had any problems with this release that I have come across. 3 computers, 2 different sets of hardware, no issues that I have noted. For me it was actually the smoothest upgrade that I have had.

  5. Another satisfied pelican customer on Sturdy Laptop Travel Cases? · · Score: 1

I definately recommend a pelican as I own several. I fly often and have made many trips with over $10,000 of rifles in the 1750 rifle case. No worries from me other than lost luggage. I have seen them fall 10 feet off of a luggage belt getting loaded into the plane and at 50 pounds it is coming down hard onto that tarmac. It only ever sustanted a few scuffs from that and the contents were fine. The majority of athletes who travel with expensive firearms buy Pelican and there is a good reason for it. While I have never used the laptop cases I am sure that they are also up to the same quality.

Because they reject stories. I submitted this yesterday morning and the story was promptly rejected. This is what Billy West posted on his forum regarding it:

Yes! A full season of new Futurama episodes is on the way on Comedy Central! I already knew but every time I said anything,I got my ass spanked for ''jumping the gun.'' Everyone is coming back and we start recording in July.So,ahh.....Death to my enemies! This'll be so much fun. Billy

    Dear Slashdot,

Thank you so much for ruining that for me. I only hope that the source is wrong. In the future when posting material of this nature would you please utilize what is called a spoiler warning.

    Thank you,

I don't think it is problems with Exchange so much as it is with Outlook.

I have been waiting for a good open source version of Exchange. Hopefully this helps push it some. I have looked at several opensource groupware products but none of them are integrated as nicely as Exchange.

This is pretty much a twist on the idea of Geocaching. Very cool. I would love to give this a try, especially if I could use a PDA on a 1xRTT network. You would have decent speed and the functionality of the PDA. Give it a few years and we will likely see some amazing stuff!
