its not libel the guy on the blog was initially being sued for. he was being threatened with violating 341 patent. this patent has to due with querying a database on a website or other such obvious insane patent
Big Oil companies will never allow the market to go to this product. Over the years there have been great products that went no where to help us reduce our dependence on oil. now why didnt they go anywhere? because three reasons. people not wanting to change and big companies knowing that its cheaper to stay with the status quo and lastly Big Oil companies will go broke trying to change to anything that they are not already doing.
the laptop probably had a li-polymer battery which i know for a fact will explode and catch fire if too hot or if improperly charged. I fly RC airplanes and the electric planes are coming with li-polymer and if you charge them wrong or apply too much heat they will explode and catch fire.
i used to phtograph weddings as well but i dont anylonger. number one being one of the reasons. though didnt shoot digital just plain old film 6x7 medium format.

they need to start backing up thier claims instead of making conjecture.
