not quite, although the term asteroid is in fact incorrect because asteroids are strictly considered to be objects from the asteroid belt between mars and jupiter. Meteors is probably the closest term, but again this is something manmade so calling it by it's name is probably the best term but if you had to use something probably meteor or meteorite

Well for only a few days that ain't half-bad, I really love the system they've got going in the iTunes Music store, I dun think Napster is really gonna use it's "huge market potential because of brand recognition" as much as ppl think, more like "wth, you have to PAY??", unless napster pulls some very nice stuff with their client, iTunes should stay ahead of the game(hopefully).
only wish they would break the country boundary (yes I know that's not easy)

haha I just remebered what they used back in the day to "verify" your age for the LSL games, there was like a cycling list of questions about the 70s XD but seriously, I see through its disguise, this is just Sierra's attempt to cash in on the whole GTA craze, only where GTA had violence, this has sex! not to say if it works I won't play.... >.> . 19. what ACTUALLY makes a diff on South American Glaciers Melting Quickly · · Score: 2, Insightful

In geologic terms, glacier melting really doesn't make a huge impact on sea level rise or fall, there won't be a water world cuz of the glaciers melting, they are however, important to the water cycle, far more important than miami being the next Atlantis. So although it's not really proven the "Global Warming" theory is absolutely correct, and the change is slight, we best tread carefully, we honestly dun know what we kind of effect we can have, almost 90% of life on earth went extinct millions of years ago because a little bacteria decided to suck in all the CO2 and pump out 02 (poisonous to most life at that time), so whether or not we should run for the hills cuz of this, is really a moot point, we just need to be cautious, and learn from our planet's past.

true tho, alot of ppl use the cells instead of the PDAs these days, especially those who still use day planners and stuff (I know many ppl, mostly non-geeks but hey), although as evidenced by the 8 gazillion ppl on campus these days with cell phones, the cells are certainly eclipsing PDAs in the sheer numbers race.
