I do not think I would need to be told about bombs if I was the one that planted them.
Yeah, but that's assuming that you have intelligence. Keep in mind that this is the dude who apparently called work, didn't bother identifying himself and then just hung up after saying something about a bomb...
So does this mean the pieces that we were seeing about clubs in Vancouver beginning to require people to swipe in with their driver's licenses is not legal?
And how can we get proof of age for places like that if we can refuse to show the bouncer anything that would be personal/private information, like I assume a driver's license number would be?
Starcitygames has an article that has links and discusses some of the options on playing magic online. It actually ignores the official WotC product which, big shock, is called Magic Online.
I believe you can get that if you go to the download section of the WotC site.
Just a bit of an elaboration... Gas hydrates aren't so much "ice-like methane deposits" as is implied by the article. Gas hydrates ARE ice deposits that happen to have the correct crystalline structure to trap particles of gas in them.
To form the hydrates, you need a gas/liquid interface and the correct gas. I believe that methane and CO2 are commonly used ones. Not sure how much bigger the gas molecules can get before they no longer fit in the crystal structure.
