Look, whether you like to admit it or not, the governments are ultimately a reflection of society; nothing more. If you don't see a place for yourself in it in the future...hey, that's how US started. Carry on.
Contrary to what Cuba itself or "anti-socialism" made you believe, Cuba is far from model country for socialist, it's more of an totalitarian oligarchy. In Somalia OTOH...you have quite pure capitalism.
Also, moving is always a valid option. If the society where you live is at odds with you, it's hardly your place anyway.
Sure they can escape - move to a place where the grasp of government is practically null. I recommend Somalia; pure capitalism, plenty of opportunities for the gifted.
More like stylistic cues from, say, older MZ motorcycles ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MZ_ETZ250.JPG - which are quite universal of course, being mostly about practical factors) and following overall design of very popular there underbone motorcycles.
From your quote - "sometimes". Besides, Wikipedia agrees more with me, because this hybrid machine certainly surpasses the speed/power limits present in legal definitions of "moped", in most places. "Legal definitions" being the key phrase here - scooters are not mopeds. Underbones (which this thing is) are not mopeds. They are just often thrown into that category for legal convenience.
Speed and displacement don't play much of a role in those definitions. Besides you wrote yourself that it surpasses what is sometimes the legal definition of a "moped"
I don't really see how it's ugly, it's simply function over form; very similar to underbone motorcycles which are widely popular in Asia, just with battery pack in place of cargo rack (btw, that's where it is in such motorcycles more often, not at the back; and it surely will be like that in this hybrid one, even if there's somewhat less space there)
"Each"? Where did I say that? It was only "could".
It would be completely fine if only large enough number of people would catch a stray kitten instead of going for the looks / easy way of buying cats from a breeder.
In case of cats it is even more upsetting - almost all breeds are recent, mostly about the looks. And they, purposely bred, take places which could belong to some of the large number of stray kittens, most of which don't survive one year.
Well, all right, WinMo isn't doing so well, and iPhone might have something to do it with it; though Android hardly registered so far, certainly not enough to justify talking about destruction of anything.
But also, generally...there's this OS called Symbian, that holds only half of smartphone market. And it's actually not that bad in context of this discussion. Yes, it's UI is not perfect, but definitely "taking into account the unique design and usage issue of such a device", just from the point of view of a platform that: a) arrived many years ago b) targets vast spectrum of devices, also small & cheap candybars, at first sight indistinguishable from "feature phones" (while iPhone & Android seem to target exclusively large touchscreens) c) was more or less a step up from S40 (by far the most popular mobile phone platform on the planet, at least in phones where platform matters), so it reused UI concepts with which the largest group of mobile phone users on the planet is already familiar with.
All those old games you play run fine also in ScummVM.
Regarding Vista - I wouldn't say this RAM goes to waste to such a degree that you seem to believe. For starters it might be eaten by new model of GFX. Things that help games get released at all...
Ahh yes, in the good old days people weren't influenced by others in their activities. While you're at it, also point out that in the past youth wasn't on the road of moral and intellectual demise that will doom our civilization.
But you seem to miss that the Na'vi wouldn't be in such case at the "top" of their biosphere.
It merely shows a reaction which gives off energy.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothetical_types_of_biochemistry#Nitrogen_and_phosphorus_biochemistry from "In an ammonia atmosphere"
Or "Chlorine is sometimes proposed as a biological alternative to oxygen, either in carbon-based biologies or hypothetical non-carbon-based ones" further down.
Explosions! (easy one, just loosen safety standard)
Not a single economy? From where did you get that fairytale?
And it's perfectly fine.

The US remains the #1 manufacturer in the world, and the #1 economy, by a big margin.
Hate (well, not really...) to burst your bubble, but the EU is #1.
Way too far.

It looks closest to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underbone - "An underbone, or underbone motorcycle, is a small motorcycle"

This thing is closest in form to underbone motorcycles (contrary to what you might think, engine power doesn't define "motorcycle")

Uhm, you don't need "binary" anything to pull that one off - just a highly flammable liquid or thermite.
Well...Big Mac from one continent doesn't equal one from another; heck, even cola differs.
And fatties are obviously a problem anywhere where there are groups of people. But it's certainly not an European phenomenon.
So...how come it was, apparently, a Dutchman who subdued him? (after jumping over few rows of seats)
Sooo...when gods play gods it isn't scary? ;p
Besides, something always happens eventually; at least until we are long way off the heat death of the universe.
As always, totally baffling...

Though I'm still not sure if we should be laughing.
It was in China, the dude's dead.

What you are doing when fixing networking is not using DOS. Command line and "DOS" are not the same thing.
And yes, it was barely an OS; it often outright handled full control of the computer to an application.
So that is how we'll get a zombie apocalypse!
Finally, after all this waiting (yes, also not drinking coffee/tea/etc.)
Ahh yes, in the good old days people weren't influenced by others in their activities. While you're at it, also point out that in the past youth wasn't on the road of moral and intellectual demise that will doom our civilization.
