Coating or not coating, these comments sure give a lot of details on '100 ways of getting your CDs scratched, screwed and trashed'
Anyway, hope they would develop some sort of organic coating to apply on some of the brains to prevent further damage.. Imagine applying this on G W when he was born!
Intersting loop: What if an employee of a company protecting your data leaves the security firm and also leaves some backdoor access? After all, he/she has the inside information of the security of the security firm!
I mean, I am not able to find ^C, and it seems to be looping on and on.
Firefox is slow to load initially on Windows XP. You can speed this up a bit by using XP's built in prefetcher. Simply right-click on the Firefox icon you use to start the browser. Add the text/Prefetch:1 to the end of the line in the target field.
The whole line should look something like the following: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"/Prefetch:1
FF may not render everything correctly, because those pages were written in broken code (read 'for IE'). But for me, the preview release have solved most of the problems, and I guess the 1.0 release will definitely solve most of the rest. I wouldn't care for the left-overs, then.
Personally, I do care for FF, just as I care for freedom, choice and freedom again.
"This technology to manipulate and change digital media is developing at an incredible rate," says Farid. "But our ability to contend with its ramifications is still in the Dark Ages."
humm... something similar to the cloning!!? I may be neutral in the cloning issue, but I guess Farid is right here. You dont have to try real hard to fool people. Even obvious fake (Guy on WTC roof before the plan crash!) is believed by 95% of people. And you combine the 'power' of these people to belive in everything they see with the power of faking photographs, you can even make Bob Dole win an election!
I guess if they release the movie with a different name, it would do good to Asimov and the fan of the Robot series. I dont even know why they had to take the pain of buying the rights for the movie? You dont have to buy rights to make a movie which does not have anything to do with the copy-right-ed material anyway? Or you do?
They anyway made something _opposing_ the idea of Asimov - His robots were not _EVIL_, (er, and most of them did not even have eyes glowing red).
Hope they dont 'upload' virus to end the robots in this movie at least.
Yeah, sure. I have seena lot of 'american' code of the 'good quality' programming but full of bugs, and 'good programs' but of very poor quality. What about that, eh? A programmer is a programmer - no matter if he is Indian or not.
Yes, three things:
Firefox is good.
Microsoft is bad.
Linux is really cool.
Just like the news of G W elected for another 4 yrs! He was there earlier too, wasnt he?
Now I dont have to get up and switch on the lights - i can avoid the horrors of typing pubLic with L missing!
But fun would be to set the background of the 'windows' to one such color - if available in future!
So, after all, the nightmare of Neo will definitely come true!
Amen.
Sure, after all, eating steak is definitely considered 'entertainment' in some part of this planet!

When last checked, M-W online had this meaning of 'insight': "The act or result of apprehending the inner nature of things or of seeing intuitively".
./ FAQ?
Or wait! Where is
Sometimes, only the name is enough.. :-).
At last...
This might help : (from http://users.tns.net/~skingery/firefox/Home_Page.h tml)

Looks like we have some trolls from MS here.
