I wonder how long before class action lawsuits arise out of this. It seems reasonable to assume that outsourcing and offshoring of this sensitive personal information would be a risky practice and could even border on negligence.
Much safer, not genetically engineered and at some point most of us have already been exposed to it. Already proving to be highly effective in human clinical trials. Slashdot has covered this before.

Most people on the site that use it a lot have not had a problem with me using Google's ads. In fact a lot of them think its a good idea. The money from the adds helps pay for hosting etc.
I feel this program is really helping the little web publishers out there like myself. It would take too much time to pursue other forms of advertising. Just to maintain an add system and to do the billing and marketing for it would not be worthwhile for a site my size.
The most important thing about my site is that its independent from the industry and companies that operate in the space. A lot of people post comments about companies and work practices and I don't ever want to start censoring them. If I became reliant on certain companies for advertising, the content and what is allowed to be talked about might have to change. I really don't want that. With AdSense, I'm completely removed from interacting with the company's who advertise it. They can't really pull my strings.

Pretty soon most digital cameras will have GPS coordinates recorded with every pic. Could be some pretty cool uses.
