Its doubtful that anyone will hack into any of those closed systems for the most part. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see mediadefender start getting nailed VERY hard bandwidth wise. I wonder how many syn packets or christmas tree packets it takes to fill up a 9gbps pipe?

Actually, the insurgents can't attack us in our back yard, because if they did, they wouldn't be insurgents. An insurgent attacks the established authority of their government, and according to the US the government of Iraq is their established governance. If a bunch of rednecks attacked the white house, they'd be insurgents. Iraqis attacking the white house would be an act of war. Lrn2websters.

I have to agree. Sports stars do what.. play with their balls for a few hours and then treat their public like crap? Movie stars do cocaine. Musicians drive around in gold plated limos. The only real branch of entertainment that doesn't get its due is video games. Seriously though, why should a voice actor for an animated movie get royalties, and then a voice actor for a video game not get anything? They both deserve their due. However, I also think the programmers and everyone else involved deserves some kind of royalty, considering they ALL busted their humps to release a masterpiece such as GTA4.

As for why its bad to leave it unsecured, Congress has basically decided that if you leave an access point unsecured and someone uses it to download kiddy porn, or talk to their 'terrorist' buddies overseas, you are guilty as an accomplice because, "you should know better."
