I don't know if it's just me, but the idea of running Windows on any computer sounds about as tempting as being run over by a steam roller.
Yeah, I hear it's being bundled with Duke Nukem Forever, because they are being simultaneously released.
This is NOT possible. The DVD unit has a special key, tied to the motherboard. You can not take a DVD unit from one Xbox 360 and put it in another Xbox 360.
