I've been hearing this for a while now about realplayer, but haven't found any conclusive evidence. What exactly are they bundling together? And while we're at it, how effective is ad-aware at detecting and fully removing all of it?
(Can you tell? I'm extremely tempted to install realplayer, just to be able to listen to BBC worldservice broadcasts-- even though I know it'll slow my computer down, violate my privacy, and open my computer up to attacks...)
It's not the "patriot act" but the "USA PATRIOT Act". What's the difference? Oh just about everything the word patriot might stand for. It just doesn't sound quite as good when you spell it out, does it: "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism"?

Either call them at customer service, or email them at simunlock@t-mobile.com with all of your account details and the IMEI number of your phone (found by dialing *#06#). They're very nice about it -- they just bank on the fact that most people don't realize this service is available.
Increased funding for libraries does not necessarily mean increased taxes. All it takes is some sensible planning on the government's side. Perhaps we could remove US troops from Iraq one day earlier than scheduled, and instead fund all public libraries? The issue at hand is fiscal planning, not 'oh my god! more taxes! aaah! communism!'
