And heaven forbid they link-up such tracking with our credit cards.
I think that this is inevitable. They already harvest huge amounts of data from their loyalty card schemes. With RFID tags they won't even have to pretend that they are doing it for your benefit.
If this were just some random bloke who registered the domain without having any connection to it, then I would be more sympathetic to a claim of bad faith. The domain actually contains this guy's name, so I think that he should stand his ground.
Hopefully who ever rules on the case will send Microsoft back under their rock with tail between legs.
If I read correctly, Microsoft first raised the issue of buying the domain. Mike felt that the amount that they offered did not reflect the true value, so suggested a price he felt was more appropriate.
Given their past track record, Microsoft are hardly in a position to cry foul when someone uses the situation to their advantage.

Was never subject longed to be a king, As I do long and wish to be a subject. --Shak.
The subject must obey his prince, because God commands it, human laws require it. --Swift.

Why is it necessary to ban private health care? Surely you are just increasing the burden on the state funded system by doing so. I would have thought that allowing (even encouraging?) those who have the means to pay for there own health care to do so would be a good thing.
I would assume that a large majority of smokers do not smoke imported tobacco. The government collects nearly four times in tax on tobacco products as the NHS spends on treating tobacco related illness.
