Poker isn't played against the house like blackjack and craps are. The poker house has absolutely no interest in whether you win or lose, since players play only against other players. They collect a small percentage of money from every pot, so all they want to see are lots of money changing hands.
Also, casinos put caps on how much money you can spend in a certain time period. The caps are pretty high, though.
