    That's a hell of a leap you take there:
    DRM on media leads to DRM on the entire web.

    That could have been done 5 years ago with Flash, but wasn't. Why would it be now?
    Does the fact that Flash is embedded in Chrome mean everything, or even just Google, is going to be DRMed? No.

    Take off the tinfoil hat.
