I thought you could freely downgrade to Windows 7? I remember reading something about that a while back. It might be worth looking into.

Didn't realize I had a typo in the title, uggggh! Also wanted to qualify my response with the fact that I have the 1st Gen Transformer w/ keyboard and LOVE it!

I have an 32G Transformer+Keyboard and love it. The battery life is great and I love the fact that I can convert it when i don't need a keyboard. But if the battery gets low just snap it into the keyboard base. I hardly use my big laptop anymore. It really is the best of both worlds. When I am on the road I just fire up my wifi hotspot on my Droid3 and I am ready to go in seconds.

This ranks right up there with the little asian kid. Apparently M$ thinks of us as dumb little kids that need there products to be productive in society. But everything they do just seems like a big piece of shit pie. Their Windows 7 is nothing more than Vista re-branded. Save it Windows fan-boys. I have kicked the tires on 7 386 and x86_64 a months ago. I built a VM booted it and couldn't believe my eyes! I said to myself "Holy Shit!" This is just Vista. Never booted the VM again. Grow a brain and dump these facist assholes and their desktop tyranny. Dear Microsoft, just open source your OS. That way it can get fixed. It is the only way it will ever be worth a damn!

That was my thought exactly. How much longer are we going to take this. Where does the fifth amendment fit in all of this? Can't you refuse and waive your right? It is one thing to consent if dna is found somewhere to help declare your innocence. But how can they do this prior to charging you with any crime? Pardon me sir do you know how fast you were going, and oh BTW let me swab your mouth? High treason!?!
