Counterspam! Just find a nice site of the kind that you KNOW will send you dozens of tripe E-mails and then return the favour preferably to ADMIN@host or ROOT@host as well as to the original spammer.
A certain cutesy animal-toy-site works very well for this. (Just make sure that they are not using a site that is innocent as a middle-hand)
