Excuse me but not all electricity comes from Fossil fuels. Here in BC we've in fact found a better way. More than 95% of our electricity comes from Hydro, and if we were to use that power to create hydrogen, we'd be completely green.

What if we decided that it would be cheaper to have every car have gps installed so the police can track it under the same premise? Instead of tailing everyone in the city, we'll use gps to do it.

No, the reason they are running NT4 is that the PHB's haven't taken the time to justify the transition from an NT4 domain to ADS, despite the obcious benefits.

I find this desktop search too be a lot of hype and it's a tool I'm not all that interested in - the cost is too high. Open up the security of your machine to some external source... Not good IMO... Your security is as strong as its weakest link (granted in my case it's Winodws)...

Google's your friend :) Read up on xfce or icewm...
It's the only way to run it. Gnome and KDE don't work well on older hardware.
Personally I'd go out and buy the CD... 2 gig over 56k blows..
