Free speech is garanteed, correct. But where does the constitution say anything about garanteeing an audience?? If you do not like a public debate, you leave. It follows that if you do not like spam, you leave the list, but no! If they want to compare it to real life, they should make it a real comparaison - including a "leave" option. Obviously this is not going to happen, as that's whan they loose all their "customers" (ahem, victims). However the comparaison to speech is not valid if one cannot plug his ears.

well, that totally depends on the number of shares, that are released. I'd say $50 per share. Seems reasonable.
As a person who took both (last and this year, for C++ and java respectively) I cvan tell you that java, they tolds us, was going to be much harder exam, but it was much easier. Amazindly easied. written took about 45 minutes oc complete on avergae in my class, and we were given 1 hour and 45 minutes. multiple choice took all but the last 20 minutes for us all. It was extremely easy. A joke, thats what it was!
"AD" = not objective
"MICROSOFT"=what are you smoking if you listen to these guys?
THE LAST TIME MICROSOFT WAS OBJECTIVE IS WHEN THEY SAID THAT WINDOWS [98](or any other for that matter) STILL ISNT COMPLETELY STABLE (at the win98 presentation by bill gates)
