I use the start button to get to the programs i don't use everyday and to shut down the computer reboot the computer and when its not in use it disapeers. I do pin to the task bar but i want my desktop relatively clear i like my backgrounds. I don't beleave this for a minute this is MSs way for more desktop real estate, ads and so on and for the PC makers to dump more crap to. I don't need or want a speed bump to the desktop .
Its called punishment. Its a business so taking its money is one of the things that can be done. I personally think the CEO should be jailed or whoever signed off on not securing the network

Will do like they did in the US. First cut medical severely then layoff 15,000 or so and the rest should work over time and double duty at the same rate. There problem fixed
Or build your own or buy one with Linux already installed. The same issue has been gone over too many times already. If a Linux geek isn't informed about this then they are really not Linux geeks. I build my own so i can do what i want.

Doesn't matter if its bad or not, its against the law to allow children to view pornography. where can children buy/view pornography in public? You know of any place? Adult book store would be shut down in a heartbeat if they started allows children inside how is wikipedia any different? its not in public libraries why is that? its no different then any online library. i am not against pornography at all but everything has its place and should not on sites where children go and use.

If the civilian population without force aid the terrorist they themselves are also terrorist too don't ya think? During the WWars we bombed and killed hundreds and thousands of factory workers. Oh i forgot this isn't the GOOD war this is the dirty war.
