    This means ZFS will continue to suffer from an unknown formative malaise because it cannot be properly analyzed. Without the full analysis, a proper treatment cannot be attempted without further damaging the file system. Isolation is the best recourse at this time.

    The power of the individual weapon is not the ability to fight an organized army; but, the ability to harass and degrade the operational ability of an army. And in extreme cases, the ability of a single individual to take extreme action against individual government "leaders" and inflict degradation of moral in the army.

    Then let's get some proper education. Ensure people can read, write, and analyze information and make critical decisions effectively. That is probably cheaper than any other "medical initiative".

    The health system is more like a bunch of teenagers: quickly moving from one medical fad to another. Then convincing the customer to pay money for whatever "cure" or "supplement" which the doctor can get a kickback^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hcommission. I really hate having to argue with the doctor to tell him I am not interested in his latest fund raising scheme. And, I have tried other doctors.

    That argument is just a straw man propped up by security consultants and other vendors to propagate sales of thin clients, virtualization, and "cloud based infrastructure". Must address the greed and PHB plays golf with vendor factors before we can kill the browser as a universal platform misnomer.

    Not whether the computer or the human can deal with more possible scenarios but which system can filter out the irrelevant scenarios. Neither system can deal with multiple possibly parallel scenarios effectively.

    No, we don't all know such an unsupported assertion. Although most mailed refunds will arrive on the last possible day, I have never had a refund fail to arrive. If the refund is sufficiently large and the refund issue seems questionable, spend an insignificantly small fee and mail the refund by registered mail.

    Cisco's been losing all this SmartNet gravy that they wallow in year after year.

    Because the person who knows how to use a spreadsheet has figured out SmartNet is a financially dumb move. Networking technology advancement is accelerating; but the SmartNet contract will only provide an equal replacement. For example: why spend the equivalent money to get replacement 10/100 equipment when a properly planned replacement scheme can upgrade your network to 1Gb for the same cost?

    HP is not the only network gear company taking market share from Cisco. Basic LAN networking gear from the Other Guy has routing by default for the same price or lower than Cisco layer 2 switches. If I play Bluff The Cisco Saleman long enough, they will eventually throw in Layer 3 for the same price. But I don't have time for monkey games.

    Oh joy, another new connection method with all new connection hardware with all new expenses and all new training. I still haven't reached effective ROI on the FC installation. Please tell me why I need to incur this expense?

    What we need now is services that need this extra gear.

    Welcome to life after the financial starvation of the NSF; and corporations dumping all internal R&D with a financial return in the long term. The Current White House Administration is throwing money out the window to address this issue; but lacks the specific focus necessary to properly address the specific problems.

    how is this concept new (or NEWSworthy)

    By linking sufficient AI together in a functional framework which could become a commercially and financially viable product. This is a far more difficult task than a single project at University which does not have to appeal to a wide audience with often conflicting requirements.

    And, if you force people to function asynchronously, people will more likely take the effort to request only what they need. Real-time people have little impulse control and make requests because they can -- not because they should.
