Estonia is the country that gave us KaZaa (or at least the programmers who wrote the code). and same programmers did also the Skype.
"Ten years ago, as I read on the BBC, only 15% of homes in the country had a regular phone!" I've heard this before. As the regular phones were very cheap, many familys had their in home. Actual percentage would be like 85 % or more.
I'm using a slow broadband 64 kbits/s and that is about 11 $/month for 512 kbits/s it costs 22 $/month
