    my mother ordered a dvd burner from newegg on 1-18-06. she called on 1-23-06.customer service said that they did not recieve the order yet the already withdrew the money.it says 3 day shipping, perhaps they ment 300 days? lol seriously i have dealt with newegg more than a few times they have a track record similar to dells *shivers*. if i want/need a part now i look for a local store at least i don't have to worry about an order being lost.

    granted those are valid concerns but why can't they improve the other things(processing power and such)? i mean granted i don't want a furnace inside my computer but multi-cores would be helpful think about it 1 cores for video encoding 1 for audio and the others for the os and it's tasks and still be able to watch a movie with out skipping. sorry to burst your bubble but not everyone feels the same way as you.

The transcript states that Page explained 64-bit users will need to double their memory because units of memory are naturally double the size. what the hell?

    i hear this and i just wonder why is yahoo releasing this toolbar for mac and linux when the rest of the site pretty much requires IE?? iirc you can't even play any games from linux(i dunno about mac) and everytime i try to play games from firefox my firefox crashes!!! i personally will not use this plugin(and anything else from yahoo) til they support other browsers and platforms....btw i wonder if google would add a games section

    this is kinda off topic but i want to know why it is that everyone that i have spoken to doesn't like forecastfox....personally i like it i have it installed and have had no problem with it. yes there maybe other programs that have the same functions. but i enjoy the plugin. everyone trashes a program that rehashes another program.but in my eyes weatherbug and all those other programs suck. long live Forecastfox!!!!!!!!

    i am shocked that alot of the posts here are saying "why do we need manned space flight? just send robots we just want the data." look data is great, but the whole reason the we are attempting to leave earth(as a ppl) is to find a way to put humans on mars/moon/alpha centari we are looking for a place to send the overflow of our planet. earth can only hold so many people. so yes robots can do some of the work but there are a lot of things that robots simply not do right now

    "what's wrong with the mouse?" you must be a mac user...... seriously the mouse has come a long way i mean from the first mouse with only one button to two and the scroll wheel don't forget the optical mouse...if we are going towards a 3d ui then the way we interact with it.......in otherwords if you don't like a nonstandard mouse then don't buy it.....shut your mouth and vote with your wallet......
