Why do so many otherwise smart people lose it when it comes to Bush's policies?
For example, the Hubble telescope. How many manned space flights has NASA sent up in the past year? The observant among us may remember that the shuttle is GROUNDED. How can we service Hubble without the shuttle? Not to mention, a bigger and better Hubble replacement is due to be in orbit within 5 years. Besides this--it's not like hubble is going to come hurtling into the ocean tomorrow, it has probably years of functionality left.
What's the problem?
Also, as seen in other posts for this article, this isn't a ClearChannel station. So you might actually want to come up with some real non-made up reasons to dislike ClearChannel.
I don't understand why you care at all? Who really cares where the anchor is sitting? Was he _actually_ wrong about anything? Did he actually make up news? I just don't see why everyone is getting their panties in a bind. If you don't like the DJ/Reporter/whatever, that's one thing. If the news is wrong, that's another thing. But who cares where the DJ is sitting?!
What the heck do you mean? You can't find any problems with the _actual factual news_ so you have to go after the chatter part of the broadcast? Come on, who _cares_?!?!
So you don't think Adobe had to pay for that (and passed it onto customers)?
I would rather doubt that, considering that the Central Bank group that contracted the software is a govt funded operation (internationally govt funded operation actually).
Not to mention, your base assumptions don't seem quite right--you really think the price of every product you buy is a direct line-item accounting of how much it cost to produce? That's not the way economics works.
I personally am amused by the fact that you make fun of Bush for being stupid, while you yourself, slashdot armchair-genius that you are, can't even spell "ridiculous." could you at least _try_ next time.
Wow, thanks for destroying one of the pillars of my childhood!
But I don't know--would a rose by any other name smell as sweet? would you really buy a stinkweed?
Haha, that's really funny. Orkut Buyukokten is a Turkish name, and it should have umlaunts and what not.
Reminds me of a story I heard--a brand of cars named "Nova" were released in Southe American--meaning "no go," they didn't sell too well!

Interesting link about it: http://www.cs.duke.edu/%7Ecarla/mars.html
might want to try the "findstr" command--not part of Services for Unix, builtin to windows since at least 2k, maybe NT.
