I'm going to assume you know absolutely nothing about the development of the human mind. Even consensual sex is probably damaging to the mind of young children. I do not know why people think that children are just small adults that haven't been around as long as the rest of us, but they certainly are not. Their brains are underdeveloped and their minds actually WORK SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT. Watching child porn is supporting the assault and traumatizing of children.
BTW, there are studies that show watching porn actually desensitizes people to the acts viewed but not as such go out and do it. So watching little kids in sex acts for 2 hours a day for a month might make someone think that it isn't all that bad a thing to do. The urge is probably already there. Once all qualms about actually doing it are washed away, they MIGHT just do it.

The only issue would be if the GOVERNMENT was tracking people using tags to see what stores they go to. If K-Mart wants to give out RFID tags, fine. I just won't go into K-Mart:P

Everything you mentioned is a political issue in America. In America we elect people for their stands on religion and taxes to deal with unrelated issues. They are political issues; just not the right ones for electing people by.
Considering the fact that the format's are MS's work, I don't see why MS should have to stop making changes to their own work to satisfy unlicensed competitors. Progress is indeed the plan.
When someone is being investigated for possible terrorist scheming, their political views are indeed relevant to the investigation. Some people do wear their hair a certain way for a reason (Look at me, I don't subscribe to your stupid social norms! Down with the man! etc etc)
